Location was GREAT! It was convenient and easy to find and remember. There was a drunk person walking talking on the hallway after midnight. I would have called the front desk he kept it a little bit longer but it was not beyond my patience. The room was small but it meant everything was in reach, had everything I needed, and it was good enough. I have stayed more than 10 places in Georgia and this place sits on the top of them. Breakfast was good, except for a boy who took 2 pieces of bread with his hand and put them back to the basket. of course I talked to his family.

The sign of the hotel inside the piazza could be better. It was easy to find, but didn't fit its atomosphere.

This is a heart of Batumi. It is impossible to stay more central than this. Beautiful Piazza, all sightseeing spots walking distance, sea 6 minutes away, beach 13 minutes away by walk. Live music in the evenings. Very grateful for great reception team, helping very smoothly to make checkin fast also for opportunity to have little earlier breakfast before flight.

Not their problem, but all Batumi old town problem, no place for parking or proper place to drop/pick people.

room is so good but view not very good because it also not looking at the piazza square. always hot water is ready. but plumbing not very well. sewer smell always on bathroom. location is perfect. breakfast is also good but no writing on meats (ham, chicken, cow, etc) they have a tea machine but they dont make a tea, only boiling water. not enough dishes and glasses for crowded guest.

sewer smell on bathroom, only 4 pieces 0.5lt water but no kettle on the rooms. cable tv not enough for tourism hotel. they have no transportation for guest. maybe add only one car for airport guests. because taxis or bolts not honest for foreign guests.

The place was tidy, comfortable, blankets and towels were changed everyday, gorgeous view from balcony , breakfast was not a 5 star Michelin restaurant, but it was decent, just enough to get your belly full. The most important thing was amazing, amazing and again amazing personnel, they helped with everything , you just need to ask. When asked if we could change a room for another one which is in the tower with better view, answer was - no problem ! Huge applause to a lovely Šorena ( Шорена ) , she is incredible

I stayed for a week and it surprised me how convenient it was! The reviews here are a little too low. The room was a little small but had everything, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was great Decent breakfast, great location, cheap Overall worth the value!

It’s not a 4 star hotel that’s for sure

The location and staff were great. Concerts in the Plaza were a lot fun. Breakfasts were nice too. Staff was helpful.

There is nothing to mention . The room was slightly smaller than expected. But other than that we liked it all.

I love the location, you stay there where they bring the tourist groups. We were a group of 4 friends and ordered a family room. They had EVERYTHING for of us in the room; we didn't have to ask for any additional bathrobes or anything like that.

This is not about the hotel, this is about the poor service in cafeterias at the Piazza itself.

The location is just perfect in the city centre. Nice, clean rooms, good breakfast a lot of restaurants nearby.

The hairdryer didn't work

Absolutely perfect location in the heart of Batumi. Very fast check in even with big group. Great breakfast and comfortable small rooms.

One mistake of getting key card to the already occupied room. Mistakes happen

One day, the elevator was out of order for a few hours, and my room was on the fourth floor. I don't know if this happens more often. Maybe I was just unlucky.
