We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and genuinely beautiful — both in appearance and in the way they treated guests. I also had an important work call on the day of our departure and needed to extend our stay by two extra hours. The hotel team was incredibly accommodating and allowed me to hold a conference call in a comfortable setting. Their support made a big difference and allowed me to focus on my work without any stress. Thank you for the excellent service and warm hospitality!

The crew was very friendly, they took care of every request we had. From questions regards the breakfast, food order, room service, and external services - I've celebrated my birthday while staying at the hotel, my wife order a birthday cake, and they made the order, delivery and came singing birthday songs with balloons and the ordered cake, at 00:00 exactly as my wife asked them. Room services and cleaning services were amazing for us, as we just tagged the room button for clean-up and they took care of everything, changing the sheets, bathroom Accessories, towels, shower soup. they even put the Rose we bought in a water glass without us thinking about it. Bartenders were extremely patient and polite.

Excellent breakfast, clean room, comfortable beds. The staff was helpful providing all the information we needed and by helping us to find a parking spot for a car (which was a demanding task at the time we arrived).

We arrived at 5PM and the rooms were not ready yet, so we had to wait they finished with the cleaning. The sheets on one bed were very wet and they changed it immediately after our request (but they could have noticed that by themselves). Streets around the hotel are fully parked and very narrow.

Everything was super! From the location to the staff to the cleanliness and comfort! They are one of the best hotels I have ever been to when it comes to room cleaning. The way they take care of the details is phenomenal! The staff are also super nice .. they were helpful every time we asked for help.

The spa had only one lady to do the services for me and my husband which resulted in us needing more time. The breakfast options were very limited. If I come again, I wouldn't consider the breakfast as the area is full of breakfast options.

The internet is very slow unfortunately. I had issues working from there. Another thing that surprised me a bit happened when I was trying to order breakfast to my room. I called room service and said I wanted to order breakfast to the room and was ready to tell her what I wanted and the young lady just went "OK" and hung up on me... (??) No questions asked, no bye, nothing. I called again and said I wanted to order breakfast and luckily another person was on the phone and gave them a list of what I wanted. At some point he also went "OK" and hung up in the middle of it, not even asking if that was it or saying bye. When the breakfast was served it was still not complete. I was surprised by this and it kind of spoiled the first great impression I had from the hotel.

The room was equipped with everything one may need during her stay and more :) The staff was very attentive and helpful. The hotel has a great location in the middle of the old part of Batumi, great restaurants, walking streets and shops are nearby. I am quite impressed by this Hotel, did not expect such comfort and luxury.

Breakfast was not too bad but it was the same for all 5 days I stayed. It could have had more variety of choice.

The hotel is renovated recently. The room was very nice we liked the interior a lot!. Breakfast was severed in the room because they are still renovating the ground floor. They have a spa and a Turkish bath. The bathroom has (bidet-spray/water hose) to us this was a very important feature. I highly recommend the hotel especially that it is close to so many restaurants and shops. A plus also is that the boulevard is within walking distance.

The hotel is in the right place, close to almost everything. Clean and tidy, service-oriented approach of the service providers. We stayed for two nights with a very tasty breakfast. Tastefully decorated rooms. We went to visit family in Tbilisi from 7-9/4 and are returning to the hotel again from 10-14/4. Simply an amazing hotel.

The hotel is located in old batumi, the lacation is amazing and a walk from most intrest points. At night the place lights up and the streets are full of people and resturants. The rooms and the design is very laxurious, very sutisfied. The stuff were grate.

The food was not the best, the price of one breakfast was the same as going out in the morning to a caffee, and there are plenty caffees in walking distace.

Location in the heart of Batumi, renovated hotel, excellent bed for good sleeping, restaurant and bar open 24 hours, all other features of 4-stars hotel.

During check-out we have been asked to wait until mini-bar will be checked, while when we arrived it hasn't been duly re-loaded, finally haven't been charged for consumed by someone else before.
