For two nights stay i like the location, its at the centre of everywhere, the staff are so helpful, the guy at the reception did extra mile to help us even in preparing coffee from his because places were closed. And kept our staff when we arrived and when we checked out till the moment we left batumi. The mattress is really comfortable. It is really clean, the cleaners do their job very well. The balcony is nice, small for two people, but they can use smaller chairs instead of one big chair. They provide towels and shower robes. If you are looking for a calm place, this is not the one, as it's in the middle in a very live area.

The bathroom is a bit small, which is okay, but when you shower, expect water to be all over the floor in the bathroom and they don't have a bidet in the toilets if that important for you. There is no toothbrush and no toothpastes. The pictures are not 100% the hotel.

Breakfast was included and prepaid but upon arrival they said that restaurant doesn't work. What a shame. The area is full of thai hookers and turkish hookah bars. Don't go there with children.

A bit weird to have a glass wall in the bathroom. Although you can't really see through, still it's a bit uncomfortable.

The location is awesome. In old town and near the beach and you have a lot of restaurants close to the hotel. Nodar, Nika and the Hotelcrew were so friendly and helpful! Thanks a lot! The rooms are always clean and with fridge and AC.

Here you will meet Saba on reception, he is very helpful and very good guy, he helped us, he smiles every time we enter in Hotel.

The location is perfect. The room wad really spacious, comfortable beds and everything was clean with everyday housekeeping.

There was a problem with an elevator. Twice. The breakfast had no coffee from the coffee machine.

2 things: 1) as it rains in Batumi, not a bad idea to offer an umbrella to the guests. The female worker who works there, was very kind to offer one to me, her own private one.. 2) as georgia is a country of wine, they should have at least 2 glasses of wine in the room. I had to go out and buy them. Usually its normal to have at least water glasses (also didnt have), and wine glasses. The hotel is to the level to offer such small things. Or At least - to have somewhere written -- that they can be provided on request
