Everything was perfect

The staff didn’t like speaking in Russian, but they didn’t speak in English well

We had a really nice time at Le Méridien Batumi. The location is perfect—just a few steps from the promenade, historic sights like Europe Square, and tons of restaurants. Highly walkable.   The staff were super friendly and helpful—check‑in was smooth, and they were always welcoming.   Our room was spacious, clean, and had great views from the private balcony. The A/C worked really well, and there was a wardrobe, minibar, and comfy seating area. 

For the price, breakfast felt pretty average—limited food options, especially if you’re staying more than a couple of days. The shower cabin door wasn’t sealed properly, so water kept splashing out onto the floor. The carpet doesn’t cover the entire room, and the wooden floor creaks loudly, which got annoying, especially at night.

Employees are so kind, helpful. The room was so clean. Location is perfect. Breakfast is so rich.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel! It was a birthday getaway, and the staff made it very memorable by upgrading the room and surprising me with a complimentary champagne and cake. Loved it! Thank you. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The hotel is very cozy and smells great. The room was very clean, warm, quiet, smelled good. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of food and desserts are top notch. The indoor pool is also clean and a good size to enjoy an evening swim. Location is convenient, as it's a short walk to the beach and old part of Batumi. I would definitely recommend and would love to keep coming back.

The staff were super friendly & Polite, The food at the Lobby restaurant & Pool Bar are both great, the location is Amazing , close by many cool things to explore by foot walking , I had a Massage at the Hotel Spa ( Maiko ) was My therapist “It’s A Must Try” Super relaxing , Loved it 🙏. There’s a Yoga room , indoor & outdoor pool. There’s also a cool artist who was drawing there at the lobby restaurant , it was lovely to watch her Art its Amazing🤩. I’m definitely Coming Back again 🫶🏽

I had to wait till 4pm to check in , and you cant eat at the pool you need to go down stairs to eat . & There was a whole night with no Hot water so I couldn’t enjoy a bathtub at the end of the night on that day . But overall it was a Great place to stay .

there is no liquid soap in the bathroom. How can you shower without soap? in the room there were cups for coffee but no coffee nor tea. I asked for coffee they promised to bring but didnt bring. The bathroom sink was partly clogged. I didnt ask them to fix it becuase i came to enjoy not to manage the hotel

The location is right on the spot for many attractions... I would also give my great appreciation for the front desk manger Mrs.Natia for the lovely help and support

The price a little higher than usual due to the season. Also there was a false alarm that woke up me at night .. I contacted the management and compensated me fir the inconvenience

The hotel design is very attractive and beautiful: the hotel rooms, lobby, restaurant and SPA zone! Everything was clean, accurate and harmonious. The breakfast is adorable, I loved it, delicious and various, cosy atmosphere. SPA included during the stay is a great bonus for sure. The stuff is amazing! We also had a wedding dinner in the hotel restaurant, and the organization was absolutely professional! Truly recommend the place!

Just one moment regarding the conditioning system and in-room windows. One window was a little bit grazing throughout, and it was not warm for me in the room in general even with condition turned on. Perhaps it’s just the single case.

-The sun comes through the drapes and wakes me up early - when checked in bathroom did not have normal things for 5 stars hotel , like body cream , shower cap Our two rooms had none

We stayed from December 31 to January 1, and everything was wonderful! We really appreciated the late checkout until 3 PM, which allowed us to relax properly. There were New Year’s treats in the room, everything was cozy and beautifully arranged. The staff was very friendly. Highly recommend!
