Excellent location and smiling staff. Fast check-in and nice view of the Batumi coast from the 25th floor. Large rooms with nice balconies. Good breakfast.

The bathroom has nice improvements to details such as a new shower head. Overall would need some tile / boiler refurbishment. Fully understand that full renovation would cost a fortune and this would have to be paid for by the clients, so ... fine with me. Just note for management.

Great location, all rooms have views at the sea. Super friendly and helpful staff who speaks good English and Polish :) Room was clean (and cleaned every day) and spacious.

Very poor breakfasts :( very little choice The hotel is at 25th floor which may be an asset if you're not affraid of hights ;) if you travel with kids then you have a challenge explaining to them that there is no way they can go into the balcony by themselves... ;)

An amazing single storey hotel located on 25th Floor of Orbi residence building , perfect value for money the front reception staff was amazing and helped us out with whatever we needed. The parking is pretty busy at the front of the building but there is plenty of space at the back.

The breakfast was provided by the bar which was a bummer it did not live upto the standards of the hotel at all.

This hotel was too closed to beach and supermarket in which you will buy some foods and other things. Additionally it was somehow closed to city center for touristic sightseeing places and remarks. The rooms which we stayed so nice. The beds were really comfortable for sleeping. The breakfast was good as well tasting Georgian dishes.The personnel as well as the receptionists were really helpful and kind to work your problem(s) out.

The thing I did not like was that the public elevator. Even if this hotel was located in inside of the residence. Many people were waiting the elevator to come to the basement floor to get in. Sometimes we could have waited this elevator around 15 minutes. The room was so clean but the housekeepers did not get it sweeped on the floor. In terms of me, this was not a big disadvantage for me. I ranked this hotel 8.5 out of 10.

Very kind and helpful staff at the reception (both the young lady during daytime and Sandro at night) speak excellent English ! View is excellent - breakfast good !

Rooms smell a bit like somebody smoked, but could also be from carpets. Cleaning set up should be reviewed, as beds are not made, towels removed but not replaced and rooms / bathrooms are just not getting cleaned. Cleaning staff is arrogant and unfriendly - in our case the reception staff brought new towels ! Breakfast room is small and overcrowded - staff was friendly but one at peak time is to less to manage full breakfast buffet and cleaning tables etc.

The location and the bed were perfect for the time I was there grand mall was in front of the hotel less than 1 minute walk and the sea is also so close.

There is a room for improvement, yet for one night stay I was amazing.

მდებარეობა არის იდეალური , 25ე სართული და აივანი ზღვის ხედით. ფასი იყო ძალიან დაბალი , საოჯახო 2 ოთახიანი ნომერი 4 ადამიანზე 50 ევრო, საუზმით. სტაფი ძალიან კომუნიკაბელური და ყურადღებიანი. მთლიანობაში კმაყოფილები დავრჩით.

თუ შესაძლებელია სისუფთავეს უნდა დაეთმოს უფრო მეტი ყურადღება. ოთახში ბევრ ადგილას იყო თმები და ასევე საუზმეზე არ იყო იდეალური სისუფთავე.

Location was perfect. You can go anywhere by walking( if you are good with walks)

Breakfasts were not bad but it could be better.
