Rooms were good and spacious. View from both sides is good, but the front is better. Location is very near to the main road but you would need a taxi sometimes if you do not like to or cannot walk uphill. They do not have much variety in restaurant, but still have a few options that you can try at least once. Room service is round the clock and very fast. Breakfast was good too. They have lobiani (bread with rajma/black chana filling inside), bread and potatoes.. Also, water is not a problem. I was cooking food for my baby and needed a lot of water, they didn't have problem with that.

Initially, we felt that the staff was very rude except for the receptionist, because others couldn't understand english much. But 2nd day onwards, they were quite okay and on the 3rd day, they were very friendly. They can serve food on their outdoor terrace for better experience like hotel Rooms does but otherwise this was the best hotel I stayed in, including Gudauri and Tblisi. Front view is no doubt exceptional but they are not leveraging it.

Like: The staff was very kind and helpful with everything. We had a problem driving downhill when snowfall, and the staff helped us get through it with comforting words. The food choices in breakfast was good not that much varieties but it was enough and pack with quality. We had dinner there as well on the night of arrival, and it was surprisingly good with generous amount. Dislike: There was elevator in alternate floors so the luggage's needs to be carry up to the floor we stay. Wifi was on and off. Not much facilities at the hotel so when we were stuck at the hotel because of the snowstorm we went to the top floor and sat there for a while.

I loved the location, the hotel has an amazing room view over the Kazbegi mountains and the valley. The room is spacious and has everything we need. Clean bathroom and very comfy bed! The staff was friendly and a separate thanks to administrator Luna who was always there for us and helped us whenever we contacted her. Luna also provided us all info for the stay and updated us with the road situation ( the road was closed due to severe weather conditions). Thank you, Luna!

Pretty much everything - location, room amenities, cleanliness and views. Cherry on top was warm staff. Special mention to Chanda who arranged a warm brownie at 12 AM on short notice in a town where you can’t find cake 😅 Wife had randomly asked for a sauce mentioning she liked it and kind staff (Avtandil and Anna) gifted us a bottle during check out, attention to detail of staff was better than some of the luxury properties I’ve stayed in past. Everyone had a warm smile throughout!

There isn’t anything that comes to my mind.

My stay at memoir hotel was the highlight of my Georgia trip. Everything was just perfect. The location, the service, the people, all perfect. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. CHANDA made sure we were comfortable and gave us suggestions that really made our trip memorable. The view from the room is breathtaking. The warmth and helpful nature from the people in the community is very different from the rest of Georgia. Fantastic experience. I will definitely be back in summer.

Breakfast could have some more variety but everything else was perfect.

This place felt like my lost paradise in Georgia—reaching it was like stepping onto a balcony overlooking heaven. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very close to all the amenities of the small town. I enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the hotel, and we played billiards along with many other entertainment options available to enjoy the evening. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the breakfast buffet was delicious, rich, and varied. გმადლობთ ყველას

Spacious rooms, clean and nice, it is important to ask for rooms on the front side and not the back which is less attractive and a little noisy. Everything is relative and in Kazbegi the place is good plus.

There is nothing I didn't like, the hotel is really good, the staff does meet the accepted definition of those who lived under a Soviet dictatorial regime, and that's fine, I accept and respect that. The point is that maybe in Kazbegi I would go for a small and intimate place, but it is only for those who come for a long time. For one to two nights, the place is highly recommended.

We took a room with a view of Mount Kazbegi, it is very beautiful, the bed is definitely comfortable, there is hot water and all the necessary accessories for the shower and slippers. There is a kettle and tea/coffee bags, some sugar and a couple of bottles of water. We stayed overnight. So taking a room with Mountain View just to quickly see the mountain in the morning and go outside, it doesn't make much sense)

Toilet paper didn't have a folded corner, as is usually do in the hotels. The hook for toilet paper was hanging on kept falling on the floor. You could hear people talking in the hallway or outside. They didn't offer brewed coffee at breakfast, which is also a minus. I can always brew a coffee bag myself. And I really want to enjoy such a mountain view with freshly brewed coffee in the morning. Otherwise, everything is ok)

The location was perfect. You can easily walk to the town center, and Gergeti Trinity Church and Elia Monastery are accessible by car. The staff were very informative and suggested beautiful yet less touristic places, such as Elia Monastery. We were lucky to have a clear view of the church with Kazbegi Mountain in the background! The breakfast buffet offered fresh Georgian & western style dishes, which we loved the most. The room was spacious and well-equipped.

We were on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view from our balcony. The 4th floor has a common room with a bar and a pool table. In the evening, if guests play pool, it can be a bit noisy and heard from the 3rd-floor family studio.

The staff was extremely professional and friendly. The bar lady was very nice and polite, very lovely and was kind to my child and offered her ice-cream. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The view of course from the room was great, and there was several areas you can sit outside the room that were covered with a breath taking view. The rooms are very well equipped and clean. The facilities were great with several entertainment options like a pool table and board games etc. Only sad thing for us is that we planned to stay one night where we should have stayed more.

Price is a little high, but for me it was pretty much worth it and good value for money.
