Close to airport Big breakfast (options never change though) Reception staff helpful

- Breakfast staff very slow in clearing the tables sometimes there was nowhere to sit because 10 tables still had dirty dishes on them even though people had left. - Breakfast same every day (eggs way too runny) - Always had to call for toilet paper as they never left enough / an extra roll - Daily Cleaning in the rooms was just ok, clearly didn’t dust some parts for days. If something was dirty they wouldn’t change it automatically

Breakfast was good but I should give suggestion to their management that Halal food should be separate served or mark which item is halal.

The technical team! Everything in room was broken, At first we were given a room the wifi coverage was poor, the tv, safebox, telephone not working, the a/c was working. After 1 day, they replaced our room with a better wifi room, this time the a/c, wall outlets between the beds, TV Set, all not working, each time the nice people in reception called the technical staff, they refused to fix anything.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very pleased with my experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. I appreciated the convenient amenities such as the kitchen and lobby, and the WiFi connection was strong. The hot and cold water was available 24/7, and the air conditioning was a nice bonus. The food and drink options on the menu were also a plus.

The only downside was the hotel's location on the outskirts of the city, which could be inconvenient for those without their own transportation or who are not familiar with using taxi apps. There were also a few cosmetic issues in the bathroom, but these seemed like they could easily be fixed.

Modern hotel, with everything you may need. Room was very spacious and had nice views. The bed was huge with a great mattress. Breakfast was also good with variety of choices. Staff we super attentive and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Tbilisi.

This hotel is amazing. You can meet people from all around the world booking in it . I enjoyed sharing conversations them them. The staff and their manager Diana are so friendly. It is located in quite area that is far from the noise of the centre which is easy to reach by ober , taxis and the metro . Also local and cheap shop abn markets are close to you with very cheap . SPECIAL THANK TO THE PIANIST DURING OUR BREAKFAST.

Albert, the hotel employee, surprised with his knowledge of 6 foreign languages.During my visit to Georgia, he was the only person who could communicate with me in German. Nothing to complain, they did their best and we were satisfied and have returned with excellent memories for ever.

I was there in Iveria Inn only for a few hours as I had a flight to catch but found the hotel to be very comfortable. The availability of toiletries was abundant so I didn't have to unpack a lot of my stuff, thank you for that. The hotel is at a comfortable distance from the airport and took me 10-15 minutes to reach. The staff helped me with my luggage as well. Thank you.

Well maintained hotel, clean , easy accessible location.

Shower pipe was leaking all over bathroom, tv not working, old worn out towels with holes were provided. Hotel entrance just on the road so no space to park for taxi or car.
