great breakfast and people working in the hotel and restaurant very comfortable bed and spacious family bedroom with 2 single beds and a double bed there's parking available in the street

there was an issue with the shower which was fixed during the day it's 15 min from the airport and a bit far away from the center (30min)

We picked this location for its cheap price, and close distance to the airport. We wanted to spend the night after landing and leave in the morning for our drive to Stepantsminda. The breakfast was surprisingly good, the rooms were clean and the bathroom decent. There’s isn’t anything nearby to do. The neighborhood isn’t really touristy, so if that’s what you’re looking for maybe this isn’t perfect.

No wifi, and I had terrible reception for my BEELINE sim, so couldn’t use data. My friend with magticom was fine though. The data quality seems to vary by area for both the providers it seems.

Average transit hotel close to airport. Nice restaurant just in front of the hotel.

Smoking area was close to our room window (((

Extremely helpful, friendly and service minded staff! We had to leave 4AM but they had prepared breakfast boxes for us. Nice veranda, good restaurant next door, clean, great value.

Mr. George is amazing and helpful and the breakfast is too good and the hotel is very near to access everywhere

The bed was not comfortable

We had a good evening meal at the attached restaurant. We left early for the airport so didn't experience breakfast. The staff provided a kettle so we were able to get a very early morning cup of tea - which was much appreciated. The hotel was able to organise an airport transfer.

The aircon didn't work properly so the room was too warm. We had to ask for towels and it turned out that they were hidden in the wardrobe! They take credit cards for the restaurant and it would be good if they accepted cards for the rooms too. The surrounding area appears very run down.

15 minutes drive away from Tbilisi International Airport. (Max 30 min during peak traffic hours). 100% value for your money, Air-conditioning/ room heating /Restaurant in ground floor with Indoor and outdoor options.

I have almost nothing but good things to say about this property. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating, especially given our late arrival at 12:50am. Excellent hotel with very comfortable rooms. Fine let the exterior fool you.

There was a mix up with the price, which wound up being twice as much as Booking.com quoted. I was happy to pay it though for all the TlC we received.
