The room arrangement and bed are very good. The swimming pool is good, but do not go in the afternoon because there are swimming classes and you cant swim with your kids. The breakfast was really good with multiple options which satisfy all tastes. Infront of the Hotel there is a wonderful park, very quiet and peaceful and really good for meditation, but watch out when you cross the street.

The Air-condition was not working. For two days, I kept asking to fix it, but the management said its not Summer season and you can open the windows. The Hotel can work on the TV channels and to include mirror and streaming options.

The location was great, away from the noise of the city and yet close enough to reach within 12 minutes. The staff were very helpful, especially the reception and restaurant staff. The rooms are nice and large and there are great places to walk nearby. The pool is large and amazing; you can easily relax for hours in the recreation center. The food served in all three restaurants (including the bar) was delicious! Every day, we couldn't decide which one we wanted to revisit. The lobby is beautiful.

The rooms could have been cleaner. When we arrived, there was a layer of dust on all the tables, and shampoo containers had not been refilled. The lighting was also very dim in the bathroom. We had previously stayed at the hotel years ago, and it used to be very well-maintained when it was new.

Super professional and understanding staff, rooms are huge, bathroom has a shower and a bathtub, all good. We ordered the wedding package and the cake was super tasty. We skipped breakfast because it ends up quite early (at 10:30) and we wanted to sleep a little more so can't say anything about it.

We had to change rooms between nights, because the room we got first was very noisy (there were some streetracers on the avenue facing the hotel, and some dogs constantly barking). My wife has a fragile sleep, so she couldn't rest well. The room we got after the conversation with reception staff didn't have any of these issues though, very quiet. Also, the hotel is quite far from city center and most known locations, this might be a drawback for some (though the hotel provides free bus transfer to and from city center in the morning\evening).

I would like to highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and amenities. The rooms are impeccably clean and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and luxurious stay. The staff at the reception are exceptionally friendly and helpful, making check-in and any inquiries a pleasant experience. I also had a wonderful time at the spa, where Nily provided an excellent and relaxing service. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely return for another visit.

I aim to build a close bridge between the spa and the hotel to protect customers from the weather after their spa visit.

The Hotels & Preference Hualing is located 9 kms NE of the Old City area of Tbilisi, but if you have a rental car, like we did, it is very convenient to stay there and drive into town. Fine too if you are getting taxis. We headed for Stepansminda after checking out so if you are heading north to Gudauri, Kagbegi/Step etc. it is ideal to avoid the traffic in the centre of town when leaving. Car Parking was available right near the entrance. Very well appointed room. Huge, comfortable bed and all amenities worked perfectly. Staff was very attentive. 24/7 Front Desk. Good for a midnight check like us :) Excellent breakfast choice. Very quiet room. Good soundproofing. Excellent Sports Bar: Top Flite Snooker Tables with excellent quality felt, slate and cushions; TV's, Alcohol/Drinks Seclection; Decor. The Swimming Pool/Spa-Sauna-Gym complex is not on the property, but it is only a 200 metre walk down the road. Excellent pool and other facilities. Great value for money. (We stayed for 4 nights in mid Dec. 2023)

the price was good, the staff was awesome, the breakfast was flow-less. the vibe of a quality place. the shower and bathroom is great

far away from everything, when I came the toilet was not working(they fixed it immediately). the water heater was dirty 😰 , but they changed it. quite smell in the place. the window was leaking air, not good for cold days, the have duckt tape on the window. overall the place is very good, with a great capability , what it lacks is a good management that can manage this place and make it a destination for tourists

The view of the room. Took a high floor 7. Lovely breeze because of the open area. It was nice and quiet at night because it's little far from city. I opted for honeymoon package and they did not forget the decor. Checkin and checkout was fast. Washrooms are spacious ❤️. They have all amenities that you could possibly need. But their casino is no more available. Overall it was worth it, clean and big rooms.

Staff not so friendly. The room service was slow and I had to keep reminding them. Swimming pool is out of hotel building, need to walk a few meters. Food was flavourless, so I suggest trying the chicken club sandwich (room service) and the chicken noodles with soya sauce (Chinese restaurant on 2nd floor)

The view to the lake was amazing. Spacious, tidy and cosy cleanroom. Breakfast was satisfying different types of tastes, as a coffee lover, i like the espresso they served. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is far from city hustle, i like the tranquility the hotel provides.

Concierge service wasn't available when i arrived at 22h00, strange! Electricity plugs were not working, though i asked to send the electrician to fix it, but never been fixed.
