Newish built, lovely clean entrance and public areas. Staff spoke good English. Quirky hotel, nice and contemporary. The rooms very modern..plenty of hot water..very comfy bed. TV was brilliant as had all the apps and Youtube. WIFI great!..Free Bottles Of Water..Hotel Slippers..nice balcony but trees blocking didn't really help..no view...guessing trees keep noise and pollution away as Tbilisi is very dusty. Breakfast really nice..ample choices and tasty. Indoor Pool was the highlight with really good Sauna!..All worked well..Pool was warm!..Bus goes outside Hotel..Shop 24/7 next door. Bus so easy to use and just 1 GEL for an hour and half ride on Bus AND Metro!..Bargain. You can use contactless too for just 1.5 GEL!

Was a little annoyed when I was told I could have a takeaway breakfast the night before. I said I would be down at 0730am to collect it. Then at 0730 the Manager told me I could have early breakfast. I had to be out the door for 0735am..So I didn't get my takeaway breakfast after all. Just frustrated me slightly. Location far but I knew that.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions like the "History of Georgia" monument. Every aspect of my stay was impressive - from the welcoming atmosphere to the impeccable service. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Georgia and would definitely return. It’s a cozy and clean hotel located in a quiet area — getting to the city center takes about 10–15 minutes. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and all the essentials (including air conditioning, a mini fridge, and a hairdryer). The staff were friendly and helpful — they assisted with the transfer and gave useful tips on places to visit around the city. Wi-Fi was stable and worked well. Breakfasts were fresh but tasty. If you’re looking for an affordable yet comfortable place to stay in Tbilisi, Jazz Hotel is a great option. Highly recommended for those who appreciate peace and polite service.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. One of the things I loved most was its location — it's situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. My room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and had everything I needed for a restful stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept very well throughout my visit. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality made me feel truly welcome. Breakfast was excellent every morning, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty options. I highly recommend this hotel. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I stayed 4 days in Novotel Tbilisi & 3 days in Batumi Orbi, then for 2 days in JAZZ HOTEL Tbilisi before my return. Out of 3 hotel we stayed Jazz was the best, my 17 & 11 yr old kids liked the place the most, Wife liked it because room was big and I was happy that I had to spend so less compare to other 2 hotels. Egyptian guy at reception was well behaved & vry helpful (i forgot his name) i only feel there is a scope of improvement on housekeeping. last being into Interior Decor business, i feel owner have good taste & knows about details. Hope they maintain the property well.

I always stay at this hotel on business. I wasn’t planning to write anything, but came across some reviews from other guests. Seriously, are you people okay in the head? Anyone leaving low ratings and dumping a pile of complaints is either mentally unstable or so crushed by life that they get off on spewing poison and boosting their fragile ego by dragging others down. For the price you’re paying, the service here is more than decent. My advice to the hotel — don’t bother with the whiners and drama queens; the problem is in their heads, not in your service.

The staff was so kind with us and give us a good advice when we need it He was so polite with us The hotel have a good location from the city and the view is so good at the night and the day Then the up roof have a good view The room is quite and no light comes in the morning if u close the black out The price was balanced

The food Not all of it halal Stay away from the beef and chicken because if it’s halal It’s not good And i don’t think no one will take beef or chicken on the breakfast

Tbilisi is always so fun to go. And this time I chose Jazz Hotel because of its beautiful pool and sauna and of course very comfortable price. Staff were so nice and welcoming. Pool and sauna were excellent. Room was clear and nice. So many things were included in the price which is so great. We had very nice experience in Jazz hotel. Next time definitely choosing this hotel again.

The only thing I can mention is that there wasn’t much of warm food ( there were only eggs, mac and soup). It would be very nice if they add Georgian traditional khachapuri in the menu of breakfast. But I guess every day is different, We stayed only for one day.

We loved our stay. I made a mistake due to a wine spill on the bed duvet, including the pillow cases, and was supposed to pay a fine of 450 GEL. The owner understand our situation and when we asked for a lower fine, they agreed. Not only we appreciate this, but also the overall experience was good. We like the room, it was clean, there’s shops nearby, and the staff assisted us in booking taxi whenever we go out due to lack of SIM card when we arrived. Of course, when we go home, our friends will definitely stay in this hotel coz they deserve this recommendation 🥰
