Dimitri at the front desk was extremely helpful and efficient. Everyone at the hotel was exceptionally helpful and courteous. We loved every minute of our stay there. The breakfast spread every day was delicious and fresh with local delicacies on the menu. The ladies who prepared it were the kind, generous and indulgent. They made sure we were well fed and always went out of their way to treat us to new local dishes. The gym is also well equipped and the location is exactly 7-8 min away from the metro. This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel. The price-quality ratio is the best in Tbilisi. Good location, spacious and neat rooms. This time I rented a suite - there was enough space for the children, unexpectedly, but pleasantly. The staff is not the first time to meet and offer solutions to problems when they arise. The only thing that could be improved is to diversify the breakfast.

Breakfasts need to be varied. I think they used to be more interesting. Not allowed a pull while I've been staying there.

The breakfast was better than most hotels in Tbilisi. The breakfast room is very nice, including a pleasant outdoor terrace with tables. The rooms are spacious and modern. Great cleanliness and reliable housekeeping.

My desk chair was uncomfortable and actually fell apart as I sat. No injury, thankfully. I was disappointed that the spa was not operating. I looked forward to a massage. Softer, warmer lighting would have been nice in my room.

The hotel was very clean and the room was quite large. It was very quiet and the staff was very accommodating.

We came down for the last 30 minutes of breakfast and there wasn't much food left; they did not put out anything additional and there was no coffee left, so that was a bit disappointing. Other than that, it was an excellent stay.

They were soo nice and sweet I requested for a room with nice balcony view and that I stay for my bday, and they exceeded my expectation. Thank you so much to the staff and management.

Value for money was incredible. View from the breakfast room was great. In a 'local' neighborhood so appealing to be out of tourist area, and taxis are super cheap to get sround. Enjoyed the view from mu balcony.

Secure and Clean

TV channel not more Arabic and english channels, more were Georgian languages. Street is noisy specially in night time. Supply of water was low specially we are 2 persons.
