The pricing was reasonable, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Although the location was a bit tricky to find initially, it turned out to be quite convenient, being close to the main road and essential amenities like Spar, currency exchange services, and a variety of restaurants.

The comforters were not as clean as expected, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, there was no one stationed at the gate for assistance, so you always had to inform the reception to open it if you are travelling with a car.

At 10 PM, we arrived at the hotel, and Maneli at the reception warmly welcomed us with a cheerful smile and positive energy. Her warm, friendly, and kind attitude took away our travel fatigue. The hotel was quiet, clean, and well-organized. Its location was conveniently close to the metro, with good access to taxis. It was near Tbilisi’s historical and tourist attractions, and we could easily walk from the heart of new Tbilisi to the old part of the city, enjoying the stroll through its historical areas. One afternoon, after her work, the dear Maneli accompanied us and showed us Tbilisi’s stunning sights and nature. She guided us in buying souvenirs and tasting the delicious traditional Georgian dishes. We had an amazing and unforgettable day thanks to Maneli’s company. I am grateful to Maneli for her kindness and hospitality, treating us like her personal guests. We had unforgettable days in Tbilisi, never feeling like tourists or strangers—we felt like we were guests in Maneli’s home. Looking forward to visiting beautiful Tbilisi and the hotel again!

The lovely people working at the hotel helped me out in all situations I eventually found myself during my short stay. They acted as naturally born hospitality industry workers. The reception ladies offered me assistance and gave good advice every time I thought I needed help. For instance, they helped me a lot with a taxi to the airport during the rush-hour. And they printed out all the papers l would need to show at the airport check-in and passport control that night and the day after. Free wi-fi internet worked smoothly and traffic was fast enough. I can safely recommend this place for short stays in downtown Tbilisi to travellers on the budget.

Cigarette smoke periodically reached my room on the second floor (this is a two-storey building), probably rising from the corridor downstairs.

So, what I want to say about the Hotel: The location is great but to be honest if you are taking a taxi it can be difficult to find, the hotel is located inside a courtyard almost opposite the Spar. (I'll attach a photo of the hotel to help with this) If you are taking a taxi, tell him to stop at the arch of the courtyard, and then you will have to walk about 100 meters, I did not find this a problem. The staff were very polite and friendly, Irma and Tatia, especially the administrator Irma, she is a kind woman and you will be lucky if you check in on her shift!) The rooms I saw (budget) were cozy and warm, the bed was good with a back-friendly mattress and comfortable. So, one night here was a perfect getaway!

We had a great and comfortable stay. I would recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to see Tbilisi. Absolutely perfect location, situated on the main Tbilisi Center Area (marjanishvili metro 100 Meter Only) and a short walking distance from many main attractions. there is a free parking. all indian, pakistani, arabic restaurant just 50 Meter from Hotel. Hotel price is Normal and very good location.

The hotel is located in a super cool location, whether someone is visiting for a business purpose or exploring the hustle & bustle of the city I'll recommend it for both scenarios. Secondly the staff members are really cool and friendly. Who took their responsibility very professionally. I would prefer to stay on my next tour, cheers!
