We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The main advantages include its excellent location right in the city center, making all the major attractions easily accessible. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive, always ready to help and make us feel welcome. Our room was very cozy, with a comfortable balcony offering a magnificent view. The bathroom was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, which made our stay even more comfortable. It’s also worth mentioning the good soundproofing, ensuring peace and quiet in the room. Breakfast was delicious and varied, providing a perfect start to each day. We found no disadvantages — everything was excellent.

It was my leisure trip, a solo trip to Georgia. I had to visit other places as well so I only had one day to stay in the Townhouse Boutique Hotel in Tbilisi. It was kind of a last-minute booking of mine through booking.com and initially, I was a bit afraid of how the property would be because sometimes it shows differently online. In reality, it's different. The moment I entered the hotel for check-in I felt a different vibe altogether it felt like home to me, with calm and relaxing vibes right from the property entrance itself. I was traveling continuously so I didn't feel relaxed for days but the moment I entered there it was like I entered my own house full of warmth. Tina was the host to assist me and she was so welcoming and polite throughout my stay. Starting from the check-in she assisted me in providing the best available room according to my preference, after that she made sure my stay was smooth enough until I checked out. Such a beautiful, peaceful place to stay and roam the old Tbilisi city. Whenever I am traveling next there for sure I'll be staying in Townhouse only. Loved their hospitality and service.

We enjoy that it is in a prime central location, with stores, restaurants, and McDonald's nearby, and we adore the view from the balcony. The staff are quite helpful; we requested an adaptor socket and an iron board, and they were fast to let us borrow them.

The building entry has no elevator, although it appears that most of the buildings in the area do not have one. The building does not have to resemble a reception area, but it should be well-lit and include a waiting chair and possibly some plants. Always looking for plants. But the actual hotel on the third floor I believe, has a very comfortable reception area.

Very good place, clean and quiet, staff are nice, respectful and very helpful, location is excellent in the city center closed to restaurants and shops.

There is no elevator as the rooms are on the third floor and you have to use the stairs. It is suitable for young people and adults but not suitable for the disabled person and the elderly.

I want to highlight the most pleasant aspects of my stay: - Pleasant, minimalist design of the rooms. - Warm, personal interaction with the guests. - Amazing location right in the heart of Tbilisi, with everything you need nearby, including the subway. Special thanks to Tina and Eliza! This cheerful duo made me smile more often.

If I had to nitpick, it would be great to have a water cooler or something similar in the room.

The location is perfect. As it is located along the Main Street, on this street it has all the amenities, food, medical, supermarket. I upgraded to the KING room, which has a big balcony, it has an amazing high ceiling, it is very spacious, and the bathroom is great too. Do book this room, you will not regret it. Nothing at all. Everyone was friendly and helpful, I can't think of anything bad to say.

The hotel has fast wifi (important today), a lovely interior, and a good breakfast. but the main thing is the staff. it's rare to see people who are honestly in love with your business. I've watched guests, myself included, ask them questions, and everyone leaves with a smile. it was a wonderful experience, and I recommend it to everyone.

Liked the location, in the heart of the center, easy- walking distance.

Honestly, I had no issue with this but somebody with big luggage needs to know there is no elevator and hotel is on 3rd floor which might be uncomfortable if you travel heavy.
