For the second time, I revisited my beloved hotel in Tbilisi. The hotel boasts comfortable rooms, top-notch service, and a convenient location with various restaurants and shops right below it, providing easy access to all amenities. Moreover, the balcony views are enchanting, the rooms are both spacious and impeccably clean. The friendly staff further enhance the experience with their warm hospitality and excellent service. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a truly unforgettable stay in Tbilisi.

Location is very good, lots of shops n restaurants, ATMs n exchange, grocery stores n pharmacies, easy local transport. Some street noise but nothing exesive. VG breakfast. Great and helpful staff.

Cleanliness is good but carpeting needs updating. No personal mirror in room for daily care rituals n bathroom toilet seat needs updating as well as more shelving unit to store toiletries.

The location was very good. Could access restaurants on foot. But we did a lot with taxi, which the hotel staff graciously called for us and gave us the price ahead of time. The wait for taxis was only 3-5 minutes.

Nothing. Everything was very good especially for the price. The staff were very friendly and very eager to help us with everything we needed. After I had lost my phone one of them actually came to the police station, which is right next to the hotel and helped file a report. Amazingly enough I got my phone back.

the rooms are comfortable, clean and good location. Morning lady receptionist are nice and lovely people, approachable and all smiles.

The evening guy receptionist is lazy, whenever we ask him something, he always ask us to go and take it instead of having someone bring it to us.

The hotel is cozy, and very comfortable beds. It’s perfectly located in the heart of Tbilisi, offering a breathtaking view. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming, making you feel at home. Great service and hospitality Thank you to the hotel manager for everything

I and My family really liked and loved the hotel, their staff and location. All Great and Tremendous. EXCEPT the terrible Breakfast. Their breakfast menu is awful with limited number of items and terrible restaurant service. I was wondering all the time how come such a great hotel has such a awful breakfast. I have seen and observed every guest suffering from it. They should do something about it. I Paid for the breakfast during my stay but only had boiled eggs and toast to satisfied me and my family appetite :(

Lovely hotel with a convenient location on a picturesque street (I think with a little touch of French style). I just fell in love with this balcony and high ceilings (I took some photos for my instagram here, haha). And I had a very comfortable mattress, it is important. My room was very spacious. By the way if you stay here you can go to restaurant “OldTime” near the hotel, very tasty.

It was a really pleasant stay Excellent Location for Hala restaurants and shopping .. Full security due to Police station next door and very helpful and decent staff .. Very relevant as the Turkish , Yemeni and Lebnanese cuisine is just next door .. Lots of variety restaurants available as well ... 5 mon car drive from Freedom square ... Good for families

Nothing as such

I liked the location of the hotel which is very safe and comfortable in terms of connection (metro, buses). There are plenty of shops, pharmacies and supermarkets there. The restaurant Ghebi (where the breakfast is served) is a very atmospheric place with the local vibe and excellent Georgian food.

sound isolation in the rooms could be better.

I stayed in a twin room with one of my sons. The hotel was excellent. The room was clean, spacious and well maintained by the cleaning staff. The reception staff were friendly, polite and helpful. We had a late flight, but were able to leave our bags in the hotel for the day after we booked out. The receptionist even booked a taxi for us to the airport when we returned to the hotel for our bags. The buffet breakfast was excellent, set me up for the day. The location was good, close to a Metro station and the river.

To be honest, not much to comment on here. The only thing I can think of is that the location could have been a bit better, nearer the old town and most of the main attractions and sites, but then the location was good enough.
