The location was fantastic. If you want to explore old Tbilisi, this is where you should go. We traveled for our anniversary and the manager reached out almost immediately with many restaurant suggestions, of which were very great as well. The staff is incredibly friendly and personable. The room was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower made it feel like a pressure washer and was very nice. Would love to stay again

The entrance was a little difficult to find, but it’s in a row of stores and businesses so it just blends in with the rest. The window was right above where people liked to smoke so we had to close the windows many times when we smelled it come into the room. We also ran out of toilet paper on our last morning and we didn’t think it was worth it to call in for a new roll if we were leaving in an hour, but that was a personal choice. I guess we wished there was extra somewhere in the room. But all of these are minuscule compared to the amazing time we had and the friendliness/comfort of our experience

This is an amazing apartment !! Having been in Armenia Azerbajan past 3 weeks it was terrific to be able to cook on stove and in micro. Good size fridge could fit tall bottles. Table chairs cutlery dishes ( need more bowls) one pot. The bathroom huge with shower big enough for family. Very hot water, strong force with both detach wand and rain. Bed the best with linen top notch. Heat instant. I was on 2nd floor with outside veranda view of lit Ferris wheel on hill at night. Stairs only 2 flights easy. Loved all the front desk men, excellent English , great helpful conversations and a sweet fix it man on the spot every day. The best though is Irina the owner who texted days in advance and was there to greet me on arrival in late evening. Perfect English very personable and made me feel right at home. I stayed total of 5 nights at 2 separate times. Her son just like mom was a joy to talk with and very helpful. Being on other side of river with 5 min walk to Metro was best for access to train station and freedom square. Walking in area safe as solo woman and loved being away from tourists. My first choice for Georgia !! Many thanks 🇨🇦

Location is great. Although on street, double windows keep the noise out acceptably. Top floor was great with small terrace. No smoking hotel, which is great. Very spacious and very clean. Woukd be nice to have some coffee pods and a espresso machine on the house as there is no breakfast facility at the hotel.

Entrance area a bit over crowded with chairs. A would suggest a vending machine with some essentials and snacks for the guests to buy.

Great location, close to the subway station and several great restaurants (Mafshalia - the best cheap place to eat in Tbilisi, Oro, Chveni and Daphna for more of a fine dining). Close to the market (Dezerter bazaar) and a lot of convenience stores. Big and clean rooms, nice and friendly hotel staff. Highly recommended.

We didn't cook in the room, but still you need some place to put the cups after you wash them. We used a big plate for this but surely something better like a dish drying rack or tray can be organized. This is the only (really, the ONLY one) that might be improved here. Everything else is just perfect.

Great location, well connected to public transport, in a tourist area full of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. 5 min walk from Marjanishvili metro station. Excellent, responsive service, seamless check-in and check-out. Very flexible and accommodating staff. While there's no elevator, the receptionist proactively helps with the luggage both ways. Well-maintained rooms, comfy bed, blackout curtains, etc. Our room was overlooking the inner courtyard and was very quiet at all hours. Loved it!

It was very spacious room equipped with a kitchen. I could cook my oatmeal breakfast like home. The bed was wide and comfortable. The location was good with many restaurants around. Mafshalia was so close, I went there many times. In front of the hotel there’s Magti store, exchange shop (intel Exchange) next to the station. Supermarkets everywhere. The owner was welcoming and I had good communication. Highly recommend.

If I’m picky, I wanted to have dish racks, proper hand soap, and more hangers.

We stayed in Deluxe Double room. - All available items in the room work smooth (TV, AC, charging points, water heater, stove, shower, hair dryer, lights, fridge etc). - Clean & noise free room, clean towels & bed, spacious room. - Good service & polite staffs. Room is cleaned based on our request & convenience. - Though no lift service available, staffs helped with the luggage from upper floors during both check-in & check-out, so we didn't see any inconvenience. - Prime & safe location covering all essential items in walkable distance - Restaurants, ATMs, Super markets, Currency Exchanges, SIM card stores etc. The owner Irina is very friendly & helpful and supported us for early check-in and helped us both before and during our stay and also provided us with a choice of the floor. Such attitude of keeping customer comfort first, deserves a good rating.

Nothing noticeable. They are doing a good job in maintaining it well. We didn't see any hiccups in any aspect during our stay.

Really exceptionally clean, comfortable and modern premises. Staff extremely helpful, special mention to Nick at reception who helped me to recover my wallet which I'd left in a taxi late at night, as well as helping me with basic things like finding a good barber, great night-life and doing my laundry. Irina the owner is also a lovely person. Located very close by are many fantastic restaurants such as Unfound Door and Ninia's Garden, also the Wine Gallery which is the most beautiful liquor store I've ever seen. The old town and public baths are just a pleasant walk away

The shower head in the bathroom had a problem where it was spraying in all directions, however I took a video of this and sent to Nick at reception who had it repaired that same morning. Thanks Nick 🙂

We like the excellent staff and a very helpful owner. Nice comfortable room with everything we needed, being given an upgrade was also a wonderful gesture. The location being close to the metro and the railway station was great. Also lots of good restaurants nearby and not too far from the old town by metro. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely recommend the hotel. It was also great being able to cook our own food.

The bathroom is a wet room but it would be great if there was a curtain or a door on the shower. This is an incredibly minor thing. Apart from that it was fabulous

The hotel is in an excellent location, with everything you need just a 2-3 minute walk away. Marjanishvili metro station is close by. If you're looking for affordable data connectivity, look for the Magti office in front of the hotel. For better currency exchange rates, check out the shops near the metro station. Irina and her team were super friendly and made my stay very comfortable. Irina deserves a perfect 10 score. I am looking forward to staying here on my next visit again.

There is no elevator in the building, but since my room was on the first floor, this wasn't an issue for me. I suggest improving the quality of the toothbrush and hand wash soap. Additionally, providing a tissue box in the room and an intercom or telephone to call reception would enhance the guest experience. These are just suggestions for improvement. Overall, the hotel staff, Irina and her team, made my stay very comfortable.
