We told management about the 2 broken corners of glass tabletop in the courtyard. They were a serious safety hazard at leg height, in a tight space. They were still there the next day with no protection of any sort. A bit of duct tape as a temporary measure as soon as management was alerted would’ve been a good idea .

It was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations and left me truly impressed. Upon arriving, the warm and welcoming staff greeted me with genuine smiles. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, making me feel valued as a guest. The lobby itself was beautifully designed, striking a balance between modern elegance and comfort. The location of the hotel was also a major plus. Situated in the heart of the city, it was conveniently close to popular landmarks and attractions, making it easy for me to explore and make the most of my time. The front desk staff are so helpful and nice specially Nino :)

During my recent stay at Tiflis hotel while I had an overall pleasant experience, I must admit that I was a bit disappointed with the culinary offerings at the hotel's restaurant. Muslims food (Halal) has a very limited choices, I'd like to have multiple choices of halal food as I saw so many Muslims guests during my stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The location is perfect – very central and convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety. The price was also very reasonable for the quality of service provided. Highly Recommended!

Its more than a century old building, that feeling was nice to live with. My wife and kids enjoyed the property.

Its very hard to locate, and I might have asked way to this property atleast to 10 people on street and that too very close from hotel, nobody knows this place and the shared location is ending right next to hotel on the main street, from where the hotel isn’t visible

Less touristy area with great restaurants and bars. Hotel is quiet but right in the middle of the neighborhood. The best is they have reserved available parking.

Bathroom floods when showering and also the breakfast was very basic and coffee would have been great. The pillows were very high, alternative pillows would have been nice.

Good hotel for their value. Staff was very accommodating when I needed to check in earlier Young guy on the reception went above and beyond when I needed to change the room Due to noise from outside of hotel - I truly appreciate it! Breakfast was standard but good.

Just got unlucky with some loud people outside of the property at night - not a hotel’s fault

Location of the hotel is very good and is near the City centre. The room where we stayed is a family room and is well-equipped; however, the pillows we found are very hard to have a good sleep on. Breakfast is okay, but it has very limited options.

Breakfast options may be improved.

ROOM HEATER WAS NOT SUFFICIENT FOR US (INDIANS). POWER PLUGS 3 PIN SOCKETS ARE MUST TO MANAGE GADGETS CHARGING. LIFT WAS UNAVAILABLE, UNFORTUNATELY WE HAD 5 TROLLY BAGS.

The staff is the best. They all know what hospitality means. Just amazing! Location was great and also the hotel is beautiful decorated. Will definitely go back here.

Although it seems all renovated it seemed like some things are not working properly or broken (light switches not connected or loose electricity cable in the room, and when taking a shower, water doesn't flow away. But personally for us no problem.

Great internet speed and reliability, essential for work trip. Room was great, clean, with air conditioner/heater, which was enough to create a needed warmth. A bit cold near the windows, bit overall great. Shower and toilet are clean, tasty simple breakfast and cool positive staff. Recommend!

A bit of cold air neat the windows, but it was manageble and this is the only negative thing
