Great location

It is not directly connected to staff, but the late check in (15:00) is making complication to peoples that landed early morning (mostly flights from Europe arrived between 02:00 and 05:00 in morning. Waiting from early morning to after noon on preparation room is huge suffering. Somehow they should adopt check outs and check in to flights.

I stayed at this hotel twice, and both experiences were quite positive. The rooms were nice and clean, and I appreciated that the bathrooms were equipped with bidets. The hotel's location is also a major plus, being conveniently near Al Arab Street, although it is a short walk away. Additionally, the staff were kind and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I found the hotel to be a great choice for its cleanliness, excellent location, and friendly service.

Hotel Architecture, location, rooms, balconies details and the view is magnificent, service, staff is very warm,very polite and very helpful, the room size is very comfortable, the bed is very comfortable, I loved the interior colors, carpets, marble and balconies architectural works and details are really really pieces of art 🎨 bathrooms are also nice and comfortable and enough The neighborhood is crazy beautiful classic and well served with restaurants, shops, metro ...just all what I needed and more

The New Tiflis Hotel is superb hotel at an excellent location. It’s situated on the other side of the river that has an amazing view from the breakfast area and from the rooms too. Some of the rooms are spacious and welcoming. Other rooms have balconies depending on the preferences. The rooms have bright colors and comfortable beds, with electricity socks with USB inputs, in case if you forget your adapters. The breakfast is nice with a variety of items to choose from. An omelette is served for a minimal amount. There are many restaurants, grocery stores, money exchange places, retail shops, metro, cafes close to the hotel in walking distance. Mr Nick was very accommodating assisted us in many ways with our booking and upgraded us to excellent room when we had a minor issue. He is very professional, helpful and on his toes. The staff were amazing, Aram, Vatche, Tornik, Liza, the maintenance guy, the sweet young lady from the breakfast area Salome and the cook. Would mention all the but can’t remember them all. Our group had a wonderful stay, we all enjoyed it and appreciated the hotel and its staff.

Room - the room we got was superb! bed and pillows are very comfortable, clean carpet floor, lights were enough to see the beauty of the room, toilet is very very nice (with bidet), shower is very relaxing. the view in the balcony is super super nice! 2. Accessibility of the hotel - location of the hotel is very accessible and its easy to spot since its the nicest building in the area. 3. Breakfast - breakfast served was good! there’s a lot of variety to choose from. also, kudos to the staff in the breakfast area on the 10th floor — he really checked the milk that they were using because one of us is lactose intolerant. we really appreciate it. 4. Staff - the staff are very nice and accommodating. they always make sure that the guests are okay and they are explaining everything to us. for us female travelers, we felt safe in this hotel mainly because if the manager and his staff.

the location was amazing the balcony and tirrace excellant i loved the view. the family room was spacios .the restaurant view was perfect with full glass windows.

the breakfast was poor we had to pay for the omlete its not included .the tea and juice cups were so less and finish fast and refill of it and of the food in the buffet was slow we had to wait. no tissue in the room like other hotels only one toilet paper roll in the bath room.

The location of hotel is great, near Marjanishvili metro station and renewed city street. The staff were helpful, the rooms are big and clean. There is a nice view from top of the hotel in a restaurant. We chose this hotel because of its architecture design.

I have booked Superior Double Room and was expected different think than what we got. In reality the bed was right in front of the door and the second room was about nothing. There were just two chairs to sit, but it did not make any sense. Since we planned to stay here for two nights and most of the time walk the city, we did not complain about it. It was just not the room we expected.

Perfect location close to so many halal restaurants, and cafes and money exchanges. Rooms were comfortable. The hotel staff were polite and very helpful...walking distance to supermarket and metro.. the view was amazing especially during breakfast would ........surely recommend this hotel.

the view is really nice, plus at the top there is the terrace where breakfast is served and we loved it. the staff is very friendly they even let us checkin earlier which was a great benefit the room is also big enough and beds are comfortable, we slept like babies :) no noise
