Deluxe Suite was pure joy. We reserved to celebrate my fiancee's birthday and all our checklist expectations were met. Great city view, top quality of sleep, smart TV, bathroom equipment is flawless. The staff is attentive and easy to communicate. Temperature in spa area and pool was proper. Suite and amenities are brand new clean. Breakfast shows a great deal of variety. We would be happy to be your guests again.

Just the little issues which the staff was made aware of and dealed with.

* Location:* Their location is pretty good, they are relatively close to every attraction in the city + the hotel close to a square of popular fast-food restaurants (McDonald’s, Dunkin’, etc, etc..) *Staff:*the staff are lovely and willing to help with every request of yours, for example they didn’t have something on the menu and they managed to see how it can be made and they make us one, and that’s not obvious.

* Facilities: * The facilities is quite OK, the pool is in -1 floor make the pool quite warm, the restaurant is very nice, even though the breakfast is more ״Swedish” no Middle East food, but rather you have some croissant, some types of cheese and sausages also 2 types of cereal I wouldn’t recommend the omelet as the omelets are made from eggs that are a pre-prepared pasteurized liquid.

Best hotel in Tbilisi👏 We loved our stay here! You will not regret to stay here. If you are debating whether you want to stay here or another place - pick Marjan. We have stayed at many 4 and 5 stars hotels around the world and by far this is in my top 10 best experience. The value is incredible. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! If you get the chance, then have a talk with Sally in the spa - she is such a gem! ❤️ Never have I meet a more genuine person. She pretty much told everything we needed to know about Tbilisi, where to go, what to see, food to eat and everything in between 👏 So your first stop in Tbilisi, should be to go see Sally in Marjan. Oh and by the way: Hands down the best cleaning staff in the world. We have never experienced in any other hotel to come back to our room and fell like they did a deep clean of everything. Very satisfied. The breakfast buffet has eggs in all kinds of different ways, different meat and cheese, olives, fruit, yoghurt, soup, rice, vegetables, bagels, donuts, cake, delicious croissants, good coffee and tea selection. The beds are comfortable. Not extremely soft, but just right amount of soft. Luckily not rock hard as other hotels. Also a reason we kept extending our stay here. Bonus info: this is the first hotel we have stayed at where the sauna can actually get very hot. Like 120 degree if you want 🔥👏 I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

- We booked a Deluxe Suite room, which was quite spacious and well maintained. - Both room and bathroom were spacious compared to other hotels. - Bathroom had health faucet. - Location was very convenient, near city centre and near Marjanishvili metro station (~10 min walk) - Staff were all really sweet, polite and helpful. They politely arranged rooms for us quickly even though we arrived before check-in time. - Very comfortable bed - Wifi was good - Can order room service for food from Maharaja Indian restaurant. We did see a lot of Indians staying in this hotel compared to others. - As we had an early morning flight and we left the hotel late night, the staff arranged for a breakfast box for us to carry with us for our journey. - Receptionist staff also gave us recommendations for a nice Georgian restaurant (ORO Marjanishvili) nearby to have khachapuri.

- Maybe because we arrived early, the housekeeping had to clean quickly but the bathroom was having a slight odd smell. Nothing else to mention, it was a pleasant stay overall.

First of all the staff at this hotel is super friendly and helpful! Despite being opened couple weeks ago, everybody seems to have had a proper training. As a businessman, i enjoyed seeing people doing their work on top level. Next time i am in Tbilisi, i would def pick this hotel among the others! Marjan Plaza is def a top tier hotel for a really good price too! The food wa exceptional! Also, whoever designed the gym, did some good quality work there because this was one of the most comfortable hotel gyms i have been to! The room view is so nice and the room itself is super comfy and cozy and every single detail seems to be designed for the best experience possible. Big thanks to Marjan Plaza team!

Honestly, i failed to find anything negative during my stay at this hotel.

The hotel is well located, in a quiet area, but very close to many shops and restaurants. it is not far from the old city and other tourist attractions. It is clean and well maintained, rooms have all necessary amenities (including water, coffee, tea). Staff are professional and welcoming, they tried to help every time we needed help. I celebrated my birthday during the stay and i was pleasantly surprised to get a birthday card and a cake from the hotel. This touch made a big difference!

Two standard rooms (out of 5 that we booked) had issues with the bathrooms. There was a terrible smell coming out of the pipes in one of them and another had a leakage in the shower. The hotel changed one the rooms. But these require repairs.

The room was one of the nicest we've stayed in Tbilisi and in general. The bed was so comfortable and some of the softest towels (for some reason a lot of towels aren't soft in Georgia - but these were!). View from balcony was so nice and expansive! We were celebrating our honeymoon and the staff totally went above and beyond constantly making us feel so special and welcome. They were all so friendly and always willing to help. The whole experience felt very modern and high end like we could have stepped out onto 5th Ave in Manhattan. We loved exploring this area of TBILISI as well - easy walk to everywhere we went on that side of the river.

We didn't realize they weren't officially open when we stayed so did not get to experience the spa, pool, gym or shisha terrace so cannot comment on those facilities but sound great for a future visit!

As far as I am aware, the hotel has opened not so long ago, from what I have heard from the staff members. But oh my god! I have never experienced a stay in a hotel as astonishing as this one. The hotel in general is very high quality, everything my fingers have touched there, felt extremely exquisite, and most importantly, super clean and neat. The facilities are absolutely magnificent, and the staff members are probably one of the most helpful and friendly staff members that I have ever seen in all my years staying at different hotels, very professional! The interior design is tremendously pleasant to look at. I had a very hard day before I arrived at the hotel before my check in, and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted with such opulence and glamour, that I felt like all my worries went away. The food at the restaurant exceeded my expectations by miles. Very delicious! I ordered so much, I think I might have gained a couple kilos during my stay there, but I didn't have to worry too much about that, because I burned off all those extra calories at the pool and gym. I just wish I could have stayed a couple more days at least, to use all of the facilities that the hotel provides, but I am sure I will during my next stay there, because I am definitely staying at this hotel next time I visit Georgia. I am usually very critical when I write reviews, but oh my god, has this hotel showed me what service is all about. 11/10! Absolutely lovely hotel. I urge you to book a room there, no questions asked. Just mind-boggling.

We stayed in the King Suite with balcony which is on the top (6th) floor with a view of mountains and Sameba church at a distance. Pros: - The room was quiet, comfortable, aesthetic and spacious - Nice view from balcony - Very clean - Hotel itself is very safe and so is the locality. I forgot my mobile phone at the reception area and the staff was watchful and kind enough to hand it over to the reception from where I picked it up. - Hotel's efforts to provide vegetarian breakfast - Lots of options around the hotel for vegetarians to dine in (eg Indian, Arabic and fast food)

Cons: - Lighting around the wardrobe and dresser was insufficient which made it difficult for us to locate stuff in our bags. -The housekeeping staff was forgetful of the fact that we were 3 guests. They often replenished only 2 water bottles and 2 towels in the room and we had to remind them to provide for 3rd guest. - Veg food was kept alongside non-veg food under the same container which is not acceptable. - A few guests were smoking in the breakfast area which made us uncomfortable.

Good hôtel, good localization. Old City 40 min by foot. Shops and restaurants not so far 5 min. Very clean. Not Bad room. Good breakfast. I have found croissants 😊 The staff is quite friendly.

-The restaurant is an indian restaurant now. Not possible to eat european or georgian food in the evening. -transfer between airport and hôtel has cost 100 GEL (expensive regarding to the cost with Uber or taxi 25 GEL) -not possible to book a tour (Tbilissi or around Tbilissi). Desk was closed at this period. Not map of the city available. -you need to pay for every services. Not possible to put on room. Could be easier.
