The location is a bit outside the city center (about a 30-minute walk), but getting around was no problem — Bolt rides are quick and convenient, and it only takes a few minutes to reach central spots. You can hear some road noise at night, which was okay for me, but something to keep in mind.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The comfort of the rooms and the overall atmosphere made my visit truly enjoyable. The staff was exceptional—especially Maria, Lizi, and all the wonderful ladies at the reception. They were always kind, attentive, and available 24/7, ensuring that every guest felt welcomed and cared for. Their hospitality made a real difference in my experience. The hotel offers outstanding services, and everything is designed to make the stay as pleasant as possible. There is nothing major to complain about, but if I had to suggest a small improvement, it would be to provide a dedicated quiet space with tables, chairs, and power outlets for guests who need to work. My room did not have a desk, and while there might have been a working area in the hotel, I didn’t have time to check. Additionally, the breakfast service starts a bit late for my schedule, so I was only able to try it twice and very quickly. This was something I could have checked in advance, but an earlier option would have been a nice addition. Overall, these are just minor suggestions, and I would absolutely stay here again!

This hotel service is exceptional .. I want to tell the hotel owner that the customer care girls on the reception were great .. But, maria and tata were the best they were exceptionally professional, friendly, supportive, and caring for every little detail .. they did everything they could to keep our trip going smoothly. Really they helped a lot .. with booking trains .. and ticketing spas restaurants .. they are sooo kind ... and extremely helpful .. even the hotel staff are detail oriented ... i highly recommend this hotel because they make their best to make you happy and comfortable... thank you again for maria and tata.. and all the others

Everything was perfect

I would like to especially mention the reception staff. I arrived very early in the morning and obviously the room was not ready yet, receptionist Lizzy immediately offered me a cup of coffee. Then during the day there was Tata at the reception, whom I would like to especially mention, she constantly monitored the readiness of the room and as soon as it was ready, I immediately received information. Check-in was done in a second. During the entire stay, she was always on shift during the day. Thanks to her, I always saw and felt a very cozy, friendly and pleasant atmosphere at the reception, maximum respect for guests and always a desire to help. I was amazed! Only extremely positive impressions remained. The rooms were clean. At breakfast, each of our company could find something suitable for themselves. I will definitely visit this hotel again!

We had to make a very last-minute booking — reserved the room and arrived just an hour later — and everything was perfectly prepared upon our arrival. Even though the room was on the ground floor, right behind the bar, it was clean, neat, and cozy. The evening street noise was noticeable at first, but it didn’t disturb our sleep at all. Special thanks to Maria, who was extremely welcoming and kind despite the urgency of our booking. She even recommended a great place to eat late in the evening — and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Her warm hospitality made our short stay even better.

The rooms are spotless, very comfortable, and well-equipped. What truly sets this place apart is the incredible team. sometimes the staff didnt smile omg im scared. the breakfast food not much option but its fine, we still eat of course. also, our room was literally facing the sun, so even we turned off the heater when the sun come up, its still very hot. we stayed during autumn of end november, imagined when its summer. but i do appreciated with every your working hard. i enjoy the large room with the nice sofa. in the night thats heavy rain and in front of the hotel was got traffic jam
