It's a really great place for friends or families with teenagers. We had two rooms, and nice common area to socialize. Nice location, could walk to the city centre (10-15 min) or explore streets with many restaurants nearby. Metro is just few minutes away.

The first time navigation is a bit tricky, entrance is through narrow staircase to the basement floor where is located kitchinette. Nice rooms are upstairs on the 1st floor.

Despite the hotel being quite new, there was a lot of things that the property thought through; we were especially grateful for the self-check in, as we were arriving quite late, the conditioner was really handy and the wardrobe was spacious for us both. Common areas were tastefully made, also have to point out a vending machine with snacks as a really cool idea. Overall excellent value for money

there was a couple of thing that could be better though, su as tv (it was plugged in but wasn’t showing any channels or connected to the wifi), watered down hand wash soap (it would make such a better impression to invest in some nice soaps, maybe locally made to increase the local vibe), and hanging lights above bed (maybe its because of the building being older, but they didn’t stay as they were supposed to on the wall - nevertheless they functioned okay). I have to add that none of these things didn’t influence our stay and it was great still, we would definitely stay here again :)

It's a very nice place very clean I like it very much and most importantly it's safe and right inside the main city.

Yes, one thing that is not good is that cleaning is done once in a week, as couples stay, so you should at least change the bed sheet and clean the floor after every two days. It will be a good habit I think more guests will like it this was a little shortcoming everything else nothing was missing everything was perfect cleanliness very compelling quiet place and right in the center of the city You live in the heart of Tbilisi

The checkin and checkout is very straight forward - there are no people working there and you just receive a door code. Easy! The location is in a very nice part of Tbilisi with lots of locations for eating and drinking. Even though you don’t meet anyone from the hotel, they do provide you with lots of info via text during your stay, which is a really nice touch!

Noise isolation is bad, but the street doesn't have too much traffic. Some small things in the room were not of super high quality. Bathroom didn't smell very fresh.

The room was spacious and had what you needed. Great having access to the washing machine and a kitchen.

Communication prior and during was lacking. We didn't receive the door code until I called 30 minutes prior to check in, as I had read there is no one at the property and wanted to make sure we could enter. Payment was also confusing if you can pay online that would be best. Suggestions for property: make payment online only or have someone at the hotel on check in. Our room was also quite bright from the sign outside so a blind to block this during the night would have been really nice.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotlessly clean, which made my stay very comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect — close to everything I needed and easy to get around. What really stood out was the host’s attentiveness and warm hospitality; they truly made me feel welcome and ensured everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, well-located, and well-managed stay!

Great place! This hotel is located in an old building, but the rooms and common space has been renewed. By the way, it has a sitting room with a large table, which is nice for work, and massage chair for free 👍🏻 One more advantage of this hotel is a location: 2 min from the subway and lots of different cafes and restaurants are nearby. Our room was clean, it is well-lightened and has good conditions. It is additionally equipped with clothes hanger and teapot.

There is no elevator. You need to go down to the ground floor and then go up to the first floor by the stairs to get to your room. It's so hard with a heavy luggage. Also there was some problems with internet connection, but the host promised to fix it.

A great location, lot’s of cafe nearby. Room was super clean, kitchen facilities on the ground floor (which I did not use) and washing machine (which I used). Big open table in the hall on upper floor and massage chair which is free of use, for massage chair I would give 10+, used it 3 times. Fast wi-fi in the room and tv with youtube. Toulet facilities and shower is great.

Make sure you will book on upper floor, as ground floor is in the basement. I had room #1 which was great except the two garbage bins in front of the window. But the curtains were good enough.

Good location and it's good room for it's price 👌 stayed here for several times and it was always clean in the room. Support person also answers pretty fast, that is also very important. There are different good cafes nearby that let you have a good breakfast or dinner

Maybe it would be great to have any small table in the room, because nowadays almost everyone travels with a laptop that is more comfortable to use on the table 😉 but it's just a wish))

• Location is right in the center. Close to metro station, grocery shops and money exchange shops. • Room is pretty big for two of us. Very soft and comfy bed, bathroom was super clean. Cozy bathtub is a plus point. • Pricewise, very affordable and absolutely worth it.

Such a room for that price, I can't complain anything at all. Loved the Stay<3
