Our stay was generally ok-nothing exceptional, but not bad either. The location was convenient, close to the metro, making it easy to explore different parts of the city.

The breakfast was acceptable, though the dining area was quite dark and cold due to an issue with the air conditioning, which made the experience less comfortable. As a Genius Level 2 member on Booking.com, I was expecting a room upgrade as mentioned in my booking benefits, but unfortunately, it wasn’t offered. This was a bit disappointing, as I was looking forward to that perk. Overall, it was a decent stay for the price, but a few improvements—like fixing the breakfast area’s conditions and honoring Genius benefits—would make it much better.

Wish the entrance was more obvious that the hotel was there, but when I called the staff explained the exact location and came to pick us up in a minibus. Our fridge wasn't working when we got there, but they fixed it when we informed them. The only real negative was that the breakfast is boring (basically just cucumber and tomatoes with tea/coffee).

The hotel is situated in a charming park, conveniently close to restaurants, bars, and a metro station. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast offered a great start to the day.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel; however, there was one issue that caused some frustration. When booking, I specifically selected a room that included parking in the rate (please refer to the attached image). Upon arrival, I was informed that I would need to park at a third-party lot and pay separately for parking. While the cost was minimal (5 GEL per night), I was disappointed by the discrepancy between the listing and the actual experience. I enjoy staying at the hotel and would appreciate it if the parking information could be updated on the Booking.com site to prevent confusion for future guests.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The location is simply amazing, as it's nestled inside a beautiful park that offers a serene and picturesque setting. One of the best aspects was the abundance of HALAL restaurants nearby, making it incredibly convenient for dining. The hotel’s breakfast was quite satisfying, with a good variety of options to kickstart the day. The hotel itself was relatively clean, which added to the overall comfort of my stay.

The location of this hotel is amazing. You have the old town street right outside and walkable both directions - so whether it is day or evening, you have a lot to do and all without having to hail a cab! Highly recommend the location - it is beautiful and secure. The breakfast though does need more options like maybe just eggs on order to make it friendlier to everyone.

The images of the hotel/room are very good but unfortunately the rooms are somewhat jaded and in need of a re decoration. At our time of stay, there were a number of ferel kids running and jumping in the upstairs corridor, which was making one hell of a noise at 23.00 The breakfast area was lacking in lighting so it was hard to see what you was about to eat.

9.5/10 Loved the place close to everything, the people at the reception were super friendly also the gatekeeper is cool very helpful i hope he's doing well and the carry bag driver was kind enough to help us drive through the area.. Would 10/10 it but we had some random power outage in 1 of the 3 days soo nothing to worry it was seconds, the buffet is excellent! They gave us extra towels and pillows for free. Im coming here again when i visit Georgia for sure.. feels at home, its very welcoming.

Everything is great, Very quite neighbourhood, Very good breakfast, friendly staff. Location is great, close to a lot of restaurants and shop. The staff are friendly and nice.

The hotel location on Google or Car rental application shows the backside which is closed and you have to walk if you got down assuming you may go..rest all were great.

Room was clean and small, comfy enough and well equipped. Range of dishes for the breakfast was wide and tasty. Staff was polite and friendly. Also they packed for me a huge lunch box as early breakfast by request, thanks a lot. And location is also great: park with different cafes nearby.

Really thin walls, it was difficult to sleep because of neighbours’ talks. Door was with broken manual lock so it was not possible to close the door for the night, only blocking by card (maybe it should be like that, idk 🙂)

The hotel is located in the park on one of the main avenues-Agmashenebeli Ave, in the historical part of Tbilisi. It is very close to the Metro that was extremely comportable. The staff is friendly, ready to assist. There was a small fridge and a kettle in the room. Bottles of water were also available

A cup for hot tea or coffee will be preferable
