The location its access for everything! (Shopping malls, Restaurants, Groceries, fast food like McDonald’s, miniso , metro just opposite side only, fruit markets and bakeries and lot more.. My kids loved it for the second time. Everything was perfectly fine and the owner Madam Marina, shes really kind and good to us. Small elevator available. Bidets Available. Big kitchen Available. Very nice location, metro station just across the entrance, restaurants and shops around Spacious apartment, comfortable for a big family or friends (we were 3 couples with kids), 3 bathrooms renovated. The owners were very helpful and kind to all our requests, even for a late check in and check out (early am).

Living room with an old and dirty sofa. Kitchen not well equipped for cooking. Toilet paper, washing detergent etc were missing and we had to ask for them (what we asked for was kindly provided afterwards). The apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator

The property is authentic in style with modern comfort. We love the apartment so much as it caters to the need of our family from Kitchen to Dining, to the Living area up to the Rooms! All areas are spacious enough with access to grocery shops, restaurants, cafes and shopping!

The flat itself has everything you need to feel comfortable and is located in a very good location. one of the bedroom has stunning city view. We traveled in October it was a bit cold outside but inside the apartment there was a spilt in each room which warmed up the room so quickly. the overall experience of staying at this place was great and it will be our option if we travel to Tbilisi again.

The only bad thing about this apartment was the building. when you enter from the street, the building and the stairs to the flat was so old and not clean. but once you get inside the flat everything is great.

The best stay in Tbilisi so far! Everything is great for the long stay: the location, the facilities, the soundproof. The apartment has a really nice design. Is also has everything what you may need: a washing machine, a microwave, a hairdryer, a stovetop. Every room has an air conditioner and TV. The apartment placed near the metro station. So, it is extremely convinient to stay in.
