We really liked the convenient location, which made it easy to get around. The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay, and it was a nice bonus to have breakfast included. We also appreciated the lift, which was very important for us, as it's rare to find places without stairs.

We booked two rooms. Both were quite dated – the mattresses were old, the doors had worn locks, and there was a visible gap between the door and the door frame. The cheaper room faced a noisy street with loud music playing until late at night, so I struggled to sleep throughout the stay. The more expensive room was quieter, but unfortunately, it had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, as if someone had previously smoked there.

The overall stay was great and everyone was really helpful. and I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical of how the entire stay would go because of the inconvenience I experienced in the beginning

I had arranged pick up transportation from the airport with the hotel and to my surprise no one came to pick me up after some time of waiting. I would understand if at least they could have communicated that no one was coming to pick me up. I was given 2 different reasons by 2 different people about why I wasn’t picked up so first I was told that the driver got tired and ended up going to sleep and the other second by another employee apparently the car broke down 🤦🏾‍♀️ It was so obvious that they just decided to come up with random lies and this made me feel like an idiot .

We booked the room with balcony and it was so worth it. We could sit outside and listen the music but at the same time nobody really look up at the balcony as it was nicely covered by trees. The room was spacious enough. The location was great, pretty loud till late night but windows mute the noise pretty well. Breakfast was good too till 11am sometimes longer, with nice kitchen staff.

Internet was really slow and sometimes didn’t work at all. The cleanliness could be little better but was still ok.

The hotel location is good there are plenty of restaurants, currency exchange desks, coffee shops, supermarkets … near the hotel. The hotel is near Liberty square (150m), bridge of peace (600 m), Rike park (750m), Narikala (850 m), sulfur baths (900 m), Georgian national museum (500m)… Rooms are clean and equipped with A/C, Wifi, kettle, TV screen, small fridge and the bathroom is equipped with hairdryer and towels. Rooms cleaning is performed daily. The hotel provides a breakfast buffet with a variety of meals. The hotel staff are very kind and supportive, they supported me to get back my baggage that i didn’t receive when i arrived to Tbilisi airport. The hotel also assist on making tbilisi city tours and country tours in addition to airport pickup and drop off.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Marlyn. The highlight was Elsa, who welcomed us with so much warmth and kindness that we immediately felt at home. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations — the coffee, pancakes, and omelets were all freshly prepared exactly to our request. The atmosphere was very homey and comfortable. If I return to Tbilisi, I will definitely stay only at this hotel.

The best location. It's walking distance to everything. The staff are really helpful especially the 2 ladies at the reception.

The TV has no English channel except BBC news. The water hose (bidet) in the bathroom leaks and gets the bathroom floor wet everytime you use it. The AC is controlled by the reception and you need to call them if you need adjustment.

The hotel is at the centre of the Old City, it is very convenient to go everywhere around the city. There are lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, travel agencies, money exchange counters etc. around the hotel. And the metro station (Liberty Square) is just a 5-minute walk away.

The hotel is a little old and the lights in the room are not bright enough.

Wonderful location,just off Liberty Square,and staff were friendly,and so helpful. They organised private tours for me,and booked my train ticket onwards. I arrived at 8am on my first day,and gave me a room straight away. my room,203,overlooked a cobbled street,and had a good sized terrace,with table and chairs.

Perfect location. The staff is amazingly helpful. Homemade breakfast. You come here as guest and leave as a family. If you are looking for some 5 stars facilities, stay at Marriott. If you want to meet the real soul of Tbilisi, stay at Marlyn Hotel.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Especially the ones in Resturant, took care of food preferences and was helpful throughout. I being 100% vegetarian has no issues at all. Cleaning staff was also very good. Location was in close proximity to a lot of places.

Water could be provided like other properties.
