Very loud & noisy Freedom Square. Not super professional service team inside the hotel.

The location of the hotel is superb, with easy access to all major attractions. The rooms and amenities were also top-notch, making for a comfortable stay

I recently stayed at the Monograph Freedom Square in Tbilisi, and my experience was a mix of excellent and disappointing aspects.However, my experience was marred by the behavior of the reception staff. Unfortunately, they came across as rude and seemed to harbor a bias against certain communities or individuals. I found this attitude to be not only unprofessional but also unsettling. In my extensive travels, I have never encountered such behavior at a hotel reception. It's a shame, as the hotel itself has a lot to offer. I hope the management takes steps to address this issue and provide a more welcoming experience for all guests.

Great location, amazing view

I recently stayed at MONOGRAPH and had a mixed experience. The hotel's location is undoubtedly its strongest selling point - right in the city's heart, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and attractions.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, although not exceptionally attentive. Check-in and check-out were smooth, but they didn't go above and beyond. Housekeeping services were available only between 9 am and 6 pm, which seemed a bit restrictive.

The hotel's location is undeniably exceptional, situated right at the central square of the city. The breakfast offered was delightful, with hot egg dishes made to order. The staff were fantastic, providing assistance whenever needed. We booked two superior rooms facing the Freedom Square, and overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

The carpets in most rooms appear tired and outdated. It would be beneficial if they could address this issue. Additionally, there is an unconventional aspect to the ensuite bathrooms – they lack doors. Yes, you heard that correctly. The ensuite features an open glass design, which means that anyone showering might need to sing to alert others and prevent accidental intrusion.

Location is great. Staff is great and accomodating. Curtains are great - keeps all light out. Bed very comfortable. Food and cocktails at Terrace restaurant are good. [breakfast not great]

Despite no smoking in the rooms, there is a strong smell of cigarettes [staff probably smokes in the utility stairs and it go through the vents to rooms]. Windows are not sound-proof, and loud music can be heard inside room.

The location was excellent 👌... the staff were pleasant and cooperative.. rooms were very comfortable..breakfast was good... bathroom amenities were excellent... in general our stay was very comfortable and pleasant..

There was no porter for luggage.. there was no shattaf in the toilet ... I think many Muslims and non Muslims are now tending to stay in hotels where they have water cleaning shattaf next to the toilet seat .

I booked this property for my in-laws who were visiting Tbilisi from Germany. Location is great - very central with the great views on Mtatsminda and the city. Breakfast is rich and tasty.

Due to the central location it got quite loud at times, even at night. Also, I arranged at the reception the cab to take in-laws to the airport (2 days in advance) and it was confirmed. Unfortunately, on the day of departure it turned out that the cab was not arranged for (not sure what happened) which caused some stress. Of course, Hotel arranged the cab on spot, but this caused a slight delay and also unnecessary stress from in-laws to be late for the airport.

Best location to stay in Tbilisi! New 5 star hotel with spacious room and good breakfast

Overall, I think the front office need training, they don't know how to "smile" and show hospitality. Also, The bathroom toilet is open to the room, without a door so its comfortable for someone to go in while the other is lying outside.

Location, location and location It's very central, mostly everything is in walking distance to the property. The hotel has a night club/DJ playing which gets crowded on a weekend. Clearly very well known in the city. Being hotel guests, we were allowed to enter by showing our key cards. That was a great gesture from the staff.

Well.... the carpets in the room look dated. It's wall to wall carpeting and stained in some areas very badly. Can put someone off. For all you know, the stains are caused by spilling of tea/coffee but over time they look bad!! In our room, the coffee machine wasn't working and their technician couldn't do much. In my opinion, juts replacing it would have been better. The bathrooms are spacious, but i realised they are not the same in every room even at the same type of room. The WC in our bathroom was in a very tight spot, not the most convenient. If you are medium to big size, it will be difficult to use. Our other 2 rooms had a much better placement giving enough space around. Suggest please check this before confirming the room.
