Only location!

My disappointment started from reception, had some problem with amount but in my card put all amount as much as it’s needed. 2. So rude and unfriendly cleaning service sooo, i asked bathrobes and slippers they screamed, all my staying i always asked soap and etc, i can say that they didn’t make up my room normally.3. Breakfast was so poor, tables were always dirty, you can see on the floor what previous guests were eating. 4. I found this hotel unsafety my neighbors were so noisy and they didn’t sleep at all, slapped the doors loudly speaking in front of my door, you have cameras in everywhere but didn’t think about your guests comfort.

When we first arrived we were greeted by Nini on Reception who was incredibly helpful and friendly, what a wonderful welcome to a wonderful city. Simply put, this is a fantastic hotel. The location couldn’t be better, the staff are absolutely fantastic in every department, it is meticulously clean everywhere and the housekeeping staff are very efficient. The bar is fabulous with a great selection of food and drink served til late, and the bar staff are so friendly. The location is unmatched, literally right in the centre of the city, everything you could possibly need in walking distance. I travel for work and personal reasons quite a bit and can honestly say from a customer service perspective it is probably the one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It is excellent value for money, this is the only hotel I would consider in Tbilisi moving forward. Glad to have found it.

It’s very rare you go to a hotel and say there is nothing I would change, but there is absolutely nothing I would change here. It’s a remarkable well run hotel.

The staff are quite presentable and very helpful. They all speak English, communication was easy and smooth, and always ready to help. If you are a gold/elite member, they will go the extra mile to upgrade your room and other services too. Location was prime and easy to navigate to other places around the area.

The breakfast was below average and could cater more variety of food and quality too. The cuisine was not identified well since there was not enough food displayed. The bread and the desserts were all hard to eat, the waffles looked like stone. Scrambled eggs lacked taste and was flat. At the caliber Marriott hotel is, the breakfast should be phenomenal. Right now its a 1/10 rating. Try getting out often to catch breakfast in different spots around the hotel, there are plenty!

I informed the hotel management of several comments. Most restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel close early. As a tourist, I would like to have dinner late. I told them to put a microwave in the hotel restaurant so that the hotel guest could heat up dinner at any time. Secondly, the Arabic channels are only the Sunnah and Al-Qur’an channels and the China Arabic channel. Channels must be changed to more attractive channels. Such as Sky News Arabia and Abu Dhabi Sports Channel. Thanks

Everything was smooth from check in to check out. Lovely friendly staff. It was lovely to talk to some of them were very curious to talk to someone from Australia and ask if we had giant spiders 😂. , awesome restaurant, comfortable spacious room big enough to hold 3 of us and 6 big bags. Lovely view of the room, especially the giant Christmas Deco on freedom square. Even though the Christmas lights were bright outside and the street was noisy, we were never bothered as the room was sound proof and had good curtains. The lighting was good, wifi was good

The holiday was too short

We've arrived to the property much earlier (around 12 pm) and the room was ready so we didn't have to wait which was great! The view of our room and the hotel location were just amazing! On the right - you have the old city, the river, the funicular, on the left there is a mall and the amazing Shota Rustaveli avenue with lots of cozy cafes and shops. The staff was sweet and very helpful, we asked for a later check out (1 hour) and our request was fulfilled without any charge. Thank you and we will surely be your guests again in the future!

Excellent location, at walkable distance to many attractions. Supermarkets, currency exchanges and shopping options nearby. There is a mall, literally 150m away. Service was exceptional. Loved the breakfast buffet,The hotel staff were kind, the reception was friendly, also very helpful. They help in booking cab to airport or any other places you wish to go.

Nothing. One of the best in Tbilisi

Excelent location, right at the Freedom Square. Great service, especially the reception staff were very supportive and the restaurant/breakfast servicing staff were very kind. They booked two restaurants for separate days for as I asked them to, as many restaurants don’t speak English or Russian very well over the phone.

I would suggest to make the front door accessible for baby strollers and people with disabilities, place sleepers, toothbrush in the rooms. It should be included in that price. As we entered, the sheets and blankets had stains on them, but the hotel immediately changed those as we let them know. Otherwise we liked the hotel, service, breakfast a lot!

So, probably one of our best taste in Georgia. Perfect place in city center. If you are budget traveller, the bus will be dropping you straight at the hotel from the airport. Highly competent and sweet staff who makes sure your stay is comfortable.

Rooms are very nice with a great view. And they have swimming pool and sauna facilities with an amazing breakfast. So, there is no much to dislike about.

I had actually booked months back for a room with the city view and my request was granted. But I wish I had been given a room much closer to the monument as the view for my room. What I received was a room at the tail end of the floor. That was my only regret. But otherwise, the stay was pleasant for me and my family.
