I had contacted the staff before we arrived to ask a couple of questions and it was very easy and pleasant to receive a fast reply. We stayed in a big room for 3 people with direct access to the community terrace. We enjoyed the use of the terrace while we were there. The view from there was also nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The location is gorgeous, in the centre of Tiflis and just 15 min walk to where all the tours start.

Breakfast was a bit difficult for us. There were lots of options but not so much for Western guests somehow. We did eat the food provided and it was ok, just not that great.

I’ve been to this hotel before and I like it. I can safely recommend it to anyone on a budget. It’s close to all the attractions and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Sitting on the roof top with a cold beer or glass of wine, on a hot day, all your troubles just float away.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Tbilisi! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city, but since the windows face the inner courtyard, it's very quiet without any street noise. The breakfasts were fantastic with a great variety of options, and the coffee was delicious. I can't say much about the cleaning service as I only stayed for two days, but the staff was exceptional! The girls at the reception were so friendly, always smiling, and ready to help with anything. If you're looking for accommodation in the center of the Old Town, I highly recommend this hotel!

I really liked the hotel. The location is perfect, all the sights can be reached on foot. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It should be noted that there is no elevator, but for us it was not a problem. Very nice people work at the reception. I want to thank the receptionist Marika, very friendly, helped with all the questions. Breakfasts were a pleasant surprise for us, we stayed there for three nights, and in the morning there was something to eat and something new every day. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time.

Location - the hotel is nearby to all tourist attractions you can walk around the area and have your day tour of Tbilisi for free since it is near to all. Souvenirs Shop - it is everywhere you can choose and look around it is walking distance from the hotel even the gorceries. The hotel has a nice pantry where you can sit and relax and you can have a free coffee, tea, and beer (which we love the most). Hotel Staff - all the staff were friendly and nice. They are all approachable and whatever you asked for they will really try their best to accomodate you, I will definitely gonna come back to this hotel again whenever I am in Georgia.

I loved the location. I loved the people! All the ladies were super helpful and friendly and kind! Above and beyond! The breakfast was prepared every morning in style of farm to table, so every day we had something new!

If you looking for something more quiet, this place is not for you. It’s located in a heart of old city and the streets of old city is never quiet. But that’s being said it was not a problem for me.

One challenge was the absence of an elevator, which can be tricky if you have heavy luggage. However, the overall experience was delightful, and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Tbilisi.

Very nice Hotel in town, super close to everything you want, exchange shop, souvenirs, restaurants, coffee shops, bars etc. In a walking distance. The room is very clean and nice. The toilet has shampoo and soap, also the hair dryer. The room is so warm and cozy. Plus, the view outside my window is a Church, very nice. The service is amazing, the lady who took care of us can speak English, she explains everything with smile and good attitude, that made my day.

We stayed here for the 2nd time after our tour through Georgia. This place is located very near the centre city . Rooms are ok, nothing special, but price was ok plus there's a community terrace. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast could be a bit different - not better, because there are many options. Just not so many for Western tourists. But the breakfast is still good enough to get your stomach filled.
