Great location, good rooms and comfortable beds.

Majority of rooms face tiny courtyard, where the bar with music is located. Bar closes at 1.00 am only- just be ready, though the music is good. When the bar closes the staff may decide to spend free time there. If so, do not hesitate to contact reception, they are very friendly and shall try to help you. If one time will not be enough, keep asking reception :-) Also, be ready to spend extra time on breakfast, as it is generally not served in time -the longest we wait was 1 hour, explained as a technical issue, but looked like just the cook was late for work.

Amazing hotel, modern design and extraordinary friendly and helpful staff! ☺️ Location in the very center but in cost and quit street (1-2 minutes walking distance to local cafes and restaurants). Also hotel restaurant is great asset and cool place to eat and spend nice time. I am thrilled with the hotel and people working there. For sure will come back to Platforma Hotel next time. Highly recommend!

The room was very clean and beautifully decorated, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. Hello I liked the location,food in the restaurant below and staff-they were super helpful.I am very messy and deorganized traveler and team at the hotel made me feel super comfortable and nice-lady Madeline (with curly hair) was super nice and helpful as my key was not working and really fixed the situation! Nice cosy hotel in perfect location in freedom Square near Old Town & the rooms facing backyard are quiet with very comfy double bed. The lady manager was very good & professional 👏

The restaurant below must have standard time for music & must stop all parties after closing time immediately even staff all must leave place as they carry on partying after closing shouting talking which disturbed the guest in rooms because the noise travel up to the rooms but after complaining they stopped & all was good 👍

Location. It was so so close to everywhere, and staff was amazing.

Property was not super clean. Room was full of ball of dust. Even tables were dusty. I expected cleaner room to be honest.

We had to pay just arriving (we stayed 3 nights) Absence of town maps at the reception Breakfast was fixed...and no chance to ask for it after 11...

It’s nt the cleanest room but it’s good enough for the long time it’s get better when we said to them.
