A cozy apartment in a historic building right in the heart of Tbilisi, with an authentic courtyard that adds to the charm.

There’s no elevator, and once we experienced a hot water outage. Of course, this wasn’t the owner’s fault, but it’s something to keep in mind. Many reviews mention that the courtyard and building are quite old and worn, but in my opinion, that only adds to its unique charm.

I liked the location, close to city center. Liked the space of the apartment and the amount of light during day. Bed and sofa are very comfortable.

Washing powder and spare toilet paper could be added, as well as spare trash packs. Also when I checked in, there were no water more than 24 hours due to emergency situation in city, the host didn't tell me when I checked in and it was a surprise for me. I was thirsty and didn't have water. Host could have left a bottle of water inside, something to improve.

Great location, very close to the old city. The premises were clean, tidy and well-stocked, and the host was exceedingly accommodating as for check-in/check-out time.

Some of the facilities on premises were lacking (the clothes drying rack was broken, the kettle was covered in limescale) and the location of the premises is kinda hard to explain — if you are ordering any delivery, be prepared to patiently talk the courier through the way inside.

I am super satisfied with my choice. The way the staff addressed a little issue that emerged during my stay particularly impressed me. They took care of it right away and went above and above my expectations in terms of expertise and caring. Overall, I cannot express enough gratitude to the hotel employees for their superb service. They really did make my stay special, and I heartily recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a friendly and inviting atmosphere.

Located in the heart of Tbilisi. One of the standout features of the hotel is it's prime location, with countless cafes and eaters just a short stroll away. The convenience of having everything within walking distrance added a delightful touch to my stay. Thank you for everything, I will definitely visit you again.

Living in this apartment was an absolute joy. From the moment I moved in, I felt at ease and comfortable. The layout was thoughtfully designed, maximizing every square foot of space. The high-quality finishes and modern appliances added a touch of elegance. The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and a wide range of dining and entertainment options within walking distance.

It was one of the perfect holiday, I ever had in Tbilisi. Apartment and services was fantastic. Managers gave us a lot of information about Tbilisi, which helped us a lot. David rent for a very good car and we had amazing trip around the city. Also my daughter fell and injured her leg, Natia one of the manager gave us a lot of medication which was very helpful in this moment. She was very helpful in everything. Natia and David thank you for your amazing service. Everything was perfect. It is Good that we have made such a nice friends in your face!

First of all, location is 10/10! Apartment itself really suits its name- it is very cozy and comfortable. Wi-Fi was fast, kitchen was fully equipped, bathroom was beautifully designed, and about staff members, I can definitely say that they were ready to help us anytime during the day or night, it was really helpful for us. Thank you for everything! It is really value for money.
