The receptionists were so so so so sweet. Especially Nana , very welcoming and friendly. We loved the fact that it was 2 floors , so the bed is located upstairs and the living room and dining was down stairs , full kitchen , fridge , stove ,microwave , it works well for people that want to stay in and cook a meal and relax. The water was soo warm so warm , clean , big shower and big bathroom.. The hotel was in the middle of the city, close to everything Toilets have shatafa ( bidet) Its very safe as everything is locked with ur private card , also the main door of the hotel requires ur card to enter. Heaters all around the house to keep you warm Tv in the dining and bed room ( youtube , NETFLIX ..) Truly Wonderful stay

The only comment id give is the toilets needs a little small updating as little worn out thats all , not even an issue to us.

I really loved the hospitality. The people there are always nice and helpful. At first, I couldn't find the place but once I got there it was really easy to move around. The hotel is in a courtyard which is a big plus since the city is alive at night. Nicely decorated rooms, worm atmosphere, overall it did not disappoint me.

Super location, very near to the liberty square, warm hearted and helpful staff, the room is not very big but nice and cozy, suitable for family esp. kids love to climb up and down. Quite a lot of nice restaurants nearby

Sound insulation in the room is not very good

The staff was very helpful and in touch 24/7. You can find everything you need including fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Location is just perfect, all sightseeings are in walkable distance, though the hotel itself is abit hidden and delivery guys were getting lost. It's quiet and you can't hear any street noises, but walls are thin so if your neighbours talk loud or watch the TV you can hear it. Overall, I'd definitely recommend the place!

Cleaning service could be improved, sometimes you don't really feel the room has been cleaned.

the room is very nice , clean and new the staff is helpful and its next to the squire also my family's love the room and also there is a washing machine so you can have all what you need

only the way to the apartment from the main street is scary from the first time but its safe and its very good location
