Very good location, reasonable breakfasts, not annoying service, balcony (terrace) in the room make it very good

The size of the room is too small, only the balcony add value. We asked about the late checkout (1-2 hours later) because our flight was delayed and the answer was to pay the full daily rate, which is not really friendly for the leaving guest, especially if those few hours make any sence for the hotel.

The hotel was located in the Old Town, a 25 minute drive from the airport, and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, museums and art galleries; it felt safe; it was very quiet; the bedroom was modern; it had a comfortable bed and a lovely shower; there was a good breakfast; the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bedroom was 22-23 degrees, which was too warm for sleeping. It was controlled centrally and the only way to cool it down was to have the window open during the day, which did help. The breakfast was a little limited for vegans.

Perfect location! We found the bed very comfortable and the street noise was ok (given the central location). High air conditioning.

We asked to have a late checkout as we were leaving at 17:30; we were given different messages by two people at reception and eventually told that they couldn’t accept a late checkout without as paying the full night. I understand if you’re fully booked but we could see that there were rooms still available for that night.

Stuff is great but when we opened the churchhella that we bought on the market when we were seating in the lobby restaurant we were told we are not allowed to eat it, we ordered 9 rooms in fancy hotel but we are not allowed to eat our churchhella, weird..

Great location. Good food (especially at rooftop restaurant Ghumeli). Clean rooms. Nice interior and exterior design in the common areas.

Room too small, not enough storage space. Strange shape of toilet, not very ergonomic. Too much noise, probably due to lack of isolation, but you could hear cleaning ladies discussing loudly at 8am like they were in your room.

The location is exellent, situated near cafés and restaurants, with 24/7 shops nearby. It’s close to Liberty Square and just a short walk to the Old City. The lobby offers a nice area for gathering with friends. For those seeking a restaurant that’s accessible and a comfortable smoking area, there’s a great restaurant on the hotel rooftop. The staff was attentive and friendly. The single room is quite spacious.

I find the price a bit high. There are quite a few hotels with similar facilities at more accessible prices. The room design is niche. Personally, I didn’t like the concrete walls. My room was on the first floor, so I had to keep the curtains closed most of the time, and the room was dark.

I'm staying in this hotel for more than 10 times already and they are always perfect, so I decided to finally review the hotel :) It's a great hotel in the perfect location of Tbilisi. Almost everything is walking distance, they have two restaurants within the hotel which are great and the staff is super friendly and helpful. It's a design hotel so you should expect a bit of industrial approach in terms of the rooms, but I'm ok with that. IOTA hotel is the place to stay in Tbilisi!

If you need a nicer car than a Tbilisi taxi, you need to book it couple of hours in advance.

We took only one night at that hotel, but from our short stay we can totally say that all the major elements for a great stay were there: 1. Amazing hotel design. the hotel itself looks amazing and feels very premium 2. Room was satisfactory in size, facilities and general cleanness and comfort, altought my wife cared less about the "brutalistic" design of the room of exposed concrete. i found it very nice and in the same style of the hotel as a whole. 3. Location- Just in the center of the city and very walkable with tons of restaurants, cafes and shops just outside of it. 4. Value for money: 5 stars Disclaimer: we did not take the breakfast

Amazing location next to freedom square . Cozy hotel and not crowded. Shower was great and toilet overall is great Decent staff

AC was not best , asked to fix it but the guy didn't speak English and only checked it worked then left [ no words said ] . We kept the AC on all day and closed curtain when leaving room and that helped Breakfast not many varieties, didn't like it

Fantastic location and beautiful building. Comes with useful items - sewing kits, vanity kit, shower stuff, water etc. and a fridge in the room is very handy

Multiple times I asked the front desk to send someone to fix the tv in my room - the batteries were dead in the remote and as soon as I put the room key card in it automatically turned onto horror films… this was not fixed each time I asked, but fortunately I was able to find the tv off by finding the wall plug under the desk. Not a big issue but I would have hoped staff would have been more responsive given I was there for 3 days
