Very clean and staff are very friendly, in the city center. Highly recommended.

Location was great, just a 7 minute walk from the liberty square Metro (which is the main method of transport we used, only costs 1 Gel per ride). Location is also next to a mini super market, a local bakery and a few minutes walk to a bunch of restaurants and bar. The place is very clean, the room was tidied and cleaned everyday with a change of towels. There's a safe in the room as well. Room was also very spacious and had lots of shelves and hangers to place your items. There's always someone available at the reception to ask anything you need, and the staff are very friendly and super helpful. Would highly recommend you book this affordable and great hotel for your next trip.

The breakfast was not that great but it gave us a push for the start of the day since the country wakes up late and you won't be able to find much breakfast outside.

They charged extra for my kids, I have stayed in other hotels also in Tbilisi and Kutaisi , nowhere they charged extra.

Great hotel with great staff. I’ve gone through many hotels and their reviews before choosing this one, even though this hotel also had some negative reviews but something made me choose this hotel out of all the ones nearby. We were happy and had no complaints in this hotel. The hotel manager was super great and friendly since the day he welcomed us. Easy to deal with the staff and no complications. The location was perfect for us! A 5-minute walk to the central area (Liberty Square); all mini stores, bakeries, pharmacies, bars, etc nearby. You name it!

No complaints. The only thing I would say is when you take a shower water will splash out and make the washroom floor wet + sometimes there is a smell from the drain. I’m sure this is normal in most of the hotels in Tbilisi as I’ve faced the same situation in other hotels too. I’ve read reviews about cars and music sound late at night but we didn’t face this problem. Maybe we had a better room or we just didn’t stay over the weekend. Not sure so cannot comment anything about that. Breakfast options were limited but wasn't an issue for us as we usually have light anyway. Overall all was better than expected.

A bit cold in the room.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Hotel is located very central of the city. It is very close local restaurants and some local bars also freedom square. Although it was central location there wasn’t any noise. Really quiet and safe location. Hotel stuff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not extraordinary but enough and really delicious.And hotel was extremely clean 💙💙💙

Great hotel, staff were incredibly friendly. Rooms had everything you needed, a kettle, bottles of water, comfy beds, a tv that works for when you're chilling in the evenings. A nice powerful shower. A 5 minute walk from freedom square. Didn't have breakfast so can't say whether it was good or bad.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Garnet in Tbilisi. The staff were very approachable and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, and breakfast offered a nice variety to start the day. The location is also convenient, close to Liberty Square, which makes getting around the city easy.

In the second day they didn't have towels. We used a small / hand towels. The team tried to find more towels for us (although we return to the room around 10:00 PM) - but with no success. We booked a room for another night, the booking system allowed us to perform the reservation, BUT, the hotel didn't have a free room. @Booking - how can it be? We cancelled the room and moved to anther hotel.

1) The staff is exceptional from the Driver to the receptionists to the cook, who went out of her way to make us omelets that we wanted. Extremely friendly and helpful. 2) Location is very close to centre but not too noisy despite all the bars all around. The windows have good sound proofing. 3) The rooms are very modern and clean and the bathrooms are fantastic with modern amenities including muslim shower. 4) Safe is provided.

1) The breakfast variety is very limited and the buffet space is too small and congested with room only for two people. Large parties are a big bother.
