So unusual and interesting place. The hotel right in the heart of the City. I can say that you a re living right in the middle of Liberty Square. But the main secret, hotel is hidden from the main street, so it is quiet and confortable place. The second secret, you really live in the Theater. So don't be surprused, if one day you will see a queue from smartly dressed theatre-goers. My room was neat clean and comfortable. I could reccomend to do some cosiness in the hall on the floor, looks like a hostel little bit. But if you are going use your room just for spleeping and you haven't any requirements for luxury, this place is super cool.

The location is great, it is the very center of Tbilisi, few steps from Liberty Square and metro station. The room is clean, big enough for 2pax, big window, quiet room with backyard/park view. Staff is very welcoming and helpful.

We were at the end of October, but the weather was so hot (+25C) and we really wanted to use A/C especially at night as it was extremely hot in the room, but the airconditioner was already set to the winter mode and had only “heat” and “fan” options. As the result - it was not a good sleep (((

The hotel's location is great, next to Liberty Square, behind the mall. We got a message with detailed instructions so it was easy to find. The room was very clean and comfy, and on top of the theater's stage. You could hear the show at night but I guess that's part of the experience! There's also no elevator so you have to go up the stairs. The staff was polite and let us leave our luggage after checkout.

The hotel is housed in a sort of repurposed "backstage" area of the theater - this may be considered interesting or awkward, depending on one's viewpoint; halfway up the stairs is actually the entrance to a stage.. The room I had was nice, good quality bed and bedclothes, overlooking the green park outside - therefore despite the very central location, it was quiet at night. Air condition worked well.

The hotel lacked a few features that one would expect (especially from a 4* hotel): no communal spaces, the reception looked a bit like the theater ticket office, no elevator and no restaurant on site. Also the corridors leading to the rooms look a bit too dark and uninviting. (Many of these obviously come from the compromises due to its co-location with the theater facilities.) Neither the doors nor the walls are very thick so neighboring noises can be heard. No big issues though, i could consider staying again with a similarly attractive offer.

Cute, tiny hotel inside a real theater :) Clean room with enough size and good furniture. Very central location, personnel is also nice. At nights, the room was quiet as a church mouse. Very reasonable price for such a hotel. Recommended.

You have to climb up some stairs to reach the hotel, and also the room. English knowledge is not perfect at reception, but enough to have things done. Despite the fact that bathroom is a bit small, everything needed is there.

Like the hotel, everything was on top! If you want to be in a centre of the city, this is the best location, it’s near to the Liberty Square, metropolitan, Galleria mall, where you can find anything you need. Also staff was very kind and friendly. Room was not small, it was comfortable and clean. Definitely recommend to choose this hotel!))

The room was clean and quiet.

Be prepared to climb some stairs. There is a flight of stairs to get to hotel entrance, then an additional flight or two for the room.

Stuff was very friendly. Some don't speak English but you can easily manage communication with google translate. It's everything you need in the heart of the city centre. Location is superb.

I couldn't pay with card but probably because I checked out before 10.00.

Every thing excellent . The hotel very quiet and near from galleria mall . The staff very respectful people. The lady in the counter very respectful and helpful. I will stay again . My kids liked too much ❤️

Excellent location, close to all the nightlife and activities in Tbilisi. Helpful staff as well. I'll definitely stay here again :)

There was no room service for the 4 nights that we were there.
