We paid extra for a large family room, and it was well worth it. We loved the room. . The bathroom, especially, was a good size, and had a large walk-in shower. The "hotel" has no restaurant, but there are very good restaurants all around, and breakfasts are served in "10", just round the corner.

Upon arrival we had a few minor issues with the room, but we flagged them up, and most were resolved within the hour. Lyudmila, the housekeeper, is very helpful, and will call in the General Manager if necessary.

The location was perfect, with main attractions like Freedom Square, the Gallery Mall, shops, and the Peace Bridge all within a 5-15 minute walk. The neighborhood was quiet, ensuring a restful sleep. The hotel was spotless and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.

The only downside was the lack of a 24-hour reception. If we needed anything, we had to wait until the host arrived in the morning. However, the host was very kind, responsive, and friendly.

There was no reception.although the did answer it all and were very helpful it’s not the same as someone physically being in the reception.so all was great besides that.and there’s a photo of the balcony there is one but really really small for only one person to stand in

Location is great, right near Parliament and Liberty square. The bed is a full king-size (not two twin beds connected together). It was very comfortable and the room had everything you might need - suitcase stand, safe, hangers, dishes, refrigerator, etc.

Sometimes it was too hot - the AC can be turned off. Also you can add more toilet paper to the bathroom.

All was good , beautiful room , clean and big Also very modernised, NATIANAS was very helpful over the phone , She did her best for us , Also LUDA is very very fantastic lady at the property , she is very kind and helpful lady also she did her best too Thanks for both of them Definitely I recommend that property if I go there again definitely stay in same place , thanks for everything.

The location is central and close to the main city centre. The room was lovely and had a balcony. It was quiet, except for the first night due to a nearby party.

The toiletries had expired, dated 4/22 so I had to buy shower gel and shampoo, etc when I arrived so guests should take their own. One night the internet didn’t work. There is no iron in the room. The breakfast is served at a nearby restaurant which only opens at 10h00 and tours start at 9h30 so I couldn’t have breakfast.

Tricky to find, close to Rustaveli street; where you can find metro/bus stations Getting inside the hotel felt tricky because you need a code to get in. There is no reception, literally as soon as you get inside you find just a sofa and a coffee machine with a tv opposite to stairs that leads to the rooms. The room had enough space for us family of 4 and it had AC and enough storage for our bags / clothes

Nothing major really The rooms cleanliness could use some more attention to detail; corners, drawers and fridge needed wiping, nothing clorox wipes won’t fix

The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, well equipped. Fair price the owner gave us back the money for breakfast that was included in the booking but they dont offer breakfast at the moment.

There was not lift, our room was in the last floor, I have to go up in the stairs after I brushed my ankle.

The property offered self check-in, which wasn’t convenient and there were no staff available to assist with luggage or provide support. Additionally, there was no housekeeping service during the stay, which may not suit all guests.

1. Helpful and friendly staff. They helped me with hosting my elderly parents (booking was for them). I’d like to specifically mention Lyudmila who really made a difference for my parents. She was always there to help, with many advices, warm smile and sincere effort to make their stay as comfortable as it could be. They just couldn’t stop talking about her! True professional and a impersonification of a Georgian hospitality. 2. Location, breakfasts and the place itself are also a very good deal. It was also very quite although close to the city’s center.
