I really liked the apartment. The bed was comfy and the place was clean. The terrace was nice, although it's shared with other rooms. Plus, it's right in the city center!

There were no towels provided for the bathroom floor, which resulted in it being wet after taking a shower. The host didn't give any instructions on how to enter the apartment, causing difficulty in finding and accessing it. The only accepted form of payment was cash

We stayed in the apartment with balcony. I recommend this room in particular as it is not on the attic level (ie. Not too hot), when I walked up to the kitchen I was so glad I wasn’t in one of those rooms. The room faces the street so there is traffic noise and depending on your sleep sensitivity this place may not be the best As for the room - it is memorable and beautiful high ceilings, arch windows, so much light and a lovely space to spend your afternoon in. Also a really big space for the price You are close to all of the museums !

Not really an apartment - very limited - cups, plates or bowls, none in room and kitchen very limited also Lady who let us in was kind, but does not speak English. I’d recommend contacting the owner prior to your arrival to guide you inside otherwise you might struggle to get in

The location was perfect on the Shota Rustaveli avenue which is very center, the room was very hot and cozy with a lovely balcony. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, sheets are very clean. The hotel is very secured with different codes, well protected. Smarttv is available for netflix etc.

Lots of stairs at the entrance till room, there is smell came from toilet which ı recommended to shut the door which pretend to expand the smell at least a little bit. People are very lovely but cant speak english, it will better to have translator for easy communication.

It’s a great hotel in many ways. The location is excellent, very close to the subway station and with entrance on the main street, so it was safe and convenient. The property is well designed and looks very cute and interesting. The room is freshly renovated and clean. The staff were very nice and friendly.

There isn’t much to complain about but just few things to note. Before arriving make sure to contact the property for the entry codes to the building because you need them to reach the hotel. The WiFi was working fine most of the time but lagging a lot some days. There is no elevator, so if you are traveling with luggage bags you would need to bring them up 3 flights of stairs. But I had a backpack so I was fine. Last but not least it’s worth mentioning that rooms do not have a safe and shower amenities. It was not an issue but just something that I wish it did have.

I loved the location and the view of the apartment balcony . The owner D was super friendly and helpful . Accomodated my early check in time also

Could not find the entrance to the building as there is not reception on ground floor and as a tourist you can be really lost without big signs and a host

30 Stairs; as far as i see in the profile, nothing has been mentioned about 30 stairs and 2 floors to the rooms. In compare with other 3 hotels during my trip, the owner of this hotel wasn’t online and available mostly but no serious problem really. The fridge was so small.

Lovely place to stay in the centre of Tbilisi, within walking distance of the main attractions and good night life options. The room I stayed in was lovely and had a large double aspect balcony and floor to ceiling windows. It can be a little hard to find, so best to make contact with the hotel on arrival (they're very responsive) and they'll help you find the correct brown door up to the hotel.

Make sure you've closed the curtains if you're using the bathroom to prevent any unwanted surprises! Some people might want to bring earplugs as the traffic on Rustaveli goes all night, but thats the price you pay for such a central location.

I stayed in the room with a bath. The room was good, and there were any problems with hot water, There was a lovely roof balcony.

The hotel administrator doesn't speak English. It will be better for the owner to send information for self-check-in by messages before arrival. Rooms close not by key, but by the code lock. So at night when I was sleeping one of the staff entered my room with another guest. I suppose, he was mistaken, but it was really inconvenient and unsafe situation.

WoW!!!!! Brilliant room, exceptional staff and owner....we had a huge balcony overlooking the main street......superb spot to sit, drink wine all evening 😀. Owner rec nearby restaurants and things to do. Location is amazing ,right in heart of main street of Tblisi, access to rooms are via a huge beautiful wooden door on the main street. We got Bolt delivery for dinner , easy to find. Road was not that noisy at night and we slept well despite being light sleepers. Room itself has high ceiling, comfy bed, table and chairs....with spacious bathroom. All fittings to a high standard. Table n chairs also on balcony.

A good bathtub like this is an amazing rare find in Tbilisi! The location of the hotel is incredible as well!

It’s a little hard to find the hotel when you arrive for the first time as it’s hidden on a 4th floor, so I wish the instructions with directions were sent prior to arrival for guests.
