The location is excellent — right in the city centre with easy access to all parts of the city. The room is larger than most of the other twin bedrooms we’ve stayed in before. It was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. Given these conditions, we found the price reasonable and good value for money. What made our stay even better was the kind staff member, Sabina. Our flight was delayed for a few days, and we encountered some other issues as well. She patiently helped us by calling the airline’s local office and speaking with them on our behalf to resolve the problems. We had a very good experience staying here and would highly recommend it!

Perfect location. If you would like to join a tour, most likely the pickup point is at 25 Rustaveli which is opposite the hotel, just take the underground pass. Close to restaurants, small grocery store and within walking distance to the Freedom Square and Parliament House. Opposite is the Opera House. Facility is so so, but the room is quite large vs most of local hotels, with high ceiling and window. You can pick a room with balcony. Choose the room with front view as it's Opera view.

The hotel is located on 4th floor of an old building, and the elevator is shared with other properties. It's quite small for 2 with luggage and sounds terrifying. It's recommended that go 1 by 1. No breakfast offered but they give 10% discount at a restaurant nearby. Though

My stay at Alma Hotel in Tbilisi was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The reception staff were extremely kind, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was very clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the location was great — close to everything. Everything was in the best condition. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We enjoyed our staying at the Hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful to all of our needs It's located near everything. Next to a coffee shop and a supermarket. Great facilities, the rooms were big and clean. The value per money is very good

The entrance was old and in construction, not so pleasant ( smell and design) It's is in the 4 th floor and the elevator was small.

Booked this hotel for my parents. Easy to find and fantastic location in Tbilisi with the main sights in walking distance as well as the Cake district which has loads of great cafes and restaurants. Had a room with a view of the beautiful opera house. Staff were really lovely and welcoming and also organised a taxi to the airport for my parents. The room was huge and really clean. Bathroom was great. Good wifi. Perfect for a short stay in Tbilisi.

Clean, honest hotel, centrally located. All appliances were in order.

The hotel is on the fourth floor but to get to it you have to pass a shabby entrance and use a rather decrepit elevator. The view from the balcony is a typical Georgian courtyard which could have been nice if not for the self styled upper floor that was unfinished construction.

Amazing location. They gave us two bottles of water every day. 24/7 desk is very useful. All the room and bathroom furniture was top quality. Bed and pillows very comfortable. The A/C worked really well. Amazing soundproof. I had very good rest. The terrace was big.

In 5 days we didnt get new soap. We couldnt connect the TV to the Wifi. The terrace lacked a table.

Very friendly & helpful ladies, rooms cleaned everyday, no loud parties as is normal in other hotels I have stayed in Tbilisi. Excellent location for eating and shopping, not far to metro, also many taxi's available in several minutes at this location. Best part, amazing people!
