+ The location is excellent + I liked the variety of breakfast options and the happy hour between idea in the evenings where you can get a snack free of charge if you paid for the breakfast. + reception staff are attentive and respectful. - Most of the other staff I encountered are NOT experienced enough. On arrival We had to wait for 20 minutes for our luggage to be sent to our rooms. Also, when we reached the hotel entrance no body from the staff offered us a help to carry the luggage!! Despite the fact the time we arrived there were no other customers at all!! Unfortunately, That made our first impression not really impressive. - Making up the room was SUBOPTIMAL in all measures. It was like a super quick make up. No real cleaning.

When you pay a lot of money, you expect comfort. We were constantly disturbed by the housekeeping lady who kept ignoring the ‘don’t disturb sign.’ She kept knocking on our door at 8 am a couple of days on a row. Complaining about it did not resolve the issue. The level of cleaning leaves much to be desired. No vacuum for days and stains on the faucet and tables from the day I checked in.

* No fridge. This is very disappointing for a five stars hotel not to have one. The bar is just a cabinet, so you can't use it. For a family with small kids, it is difficult to stay without the ability to store some of their snacks and food in one. * Old-fashioned TV: The TV was useless. Half of the channels are not working and does not have any smart apps like youtube or netflix

It’s a bit expensive!

I recently stayed at [Biltmore Hotel], and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, who made check-in smooth and efficient. The lobby was beautifully designed, with a modern yet cozy atmosphere that immediately set a relaxing tone for my stay. The room exceeded all expectations. It was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed with attention to detail. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the high-quality linens and pillows. The amenities were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed. The room had all the modern conveniences I could ask for, including fast Wi-Fi, a large flat-screen TV, and ample storage space

For improvement: during arriving to room, we’re updated the reception that the toilet in the room was not clean. Only after 3 requests were the toilets cleaned to our satisfaction and we received a letter & sweets of apology

The staff were great, the room was large and comfortable, my wife loved the bed, the view was great from the 13th floor. The pool was very nice. The hotel would get you a taxi in minutes, they would tell you the price exactly, and if you wanted they would pay the driver for you before you left so you didn't have any hassle.

The restaurant was open until 11, but when we arrived at 10.15 it was too late to order as the last orders are 9.30. but we could have had room service, we opted to go to the Radisson just up the road which opened later and was very nice. Breakfast was very nice. On the whole the hotel was great and we would definitely come back.

Beautiful hotel with a nice big room with great views of the city. Great location. Easy walk to old town.

When we checked in, we were told by the staff we were upgraded. We booked a premium room, and that was exactly what we were given. So, there was no upgrade! Didn't understand why were we told we were given an upgrade. The room was spotless, but the shower door didn't have a proper seal, and the whole bathroom was flooded every time we showered. We felt sorry for the staff who had to clean it up every day. We stayed there for four nights.

This is one of the best hotels in Tbilisi. It is a tower with high floors and stunning view if you select the river side. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was excellent. It is near to many touristic Activities and located in an active street. The staff members who work at the breakfast restaurant are very nice and helpful, make you happy with their smiles and welling to help. The reception people are well qualified and helpful, they do their best for you to be happy.

Something not related to the hotel, but in Tbilisi as a general view, many street dogs around the hotels, I wish if the municipality find a solution and take the dogs to a safe place and take care of them instead of staying in the streets without food and can make the places dirty. They must also be vaccinated against diseases.

In the middle of the center and close from shopping center and everything is near and food was good

Management and dealing with guests When I entered the room, I found the refrigerator locked and asked to open the refrigerator. The receptionist refused, unless I put 300 to see the safe deposit boxes, under the pretext of the presence of alcohol. I asked to empty it and was refused. This gave me an inappropriate impression.
