+ The location is excellent + I liked the variety of breakfast options and the happy hour between idea in the evenings where you can get a snack free of charge if you paid for the breakfast. + reception staff are attentive and respectful. - Most of the other staff I encountered are NOT experienced enough. On arrival We had to wait for 20 minutes for our luggage to be sent to our rooms. Also, when we reached the hotel entrance no body from the staff offered us a help to carry the luggage!! Despite the fact the time we arrived there were no other customers at all!! Unfortunately, That made our first impression not really impressive. - Making up the room was SUBOPTIMAL in all measures. It was like a super quick make up. No real cleaning.

* No fridge. This is very disappointing for a five stars hotel not to have one. The bar is just a cabinet, so you can't use it. For a family with small kids, it is difficult to stay without the ability to store some of their snacks and food in one. * Old-fashioned TV: The TV was useless. Half of the channels are not working and does not have any smart apps like youtube or netflix

I’m really trying to find something to criticize, but I just can’t. 😁 The access to everywhere in the city, the street it’s located on, and the recreational options… everything is amazing!

It’s a bit expensive!

I recently stayed at [Biltmore Hotel], and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, who made check-in smooth and efficient. The lobby was beautifully designed, with a modern yet cozy atmosphere that immediately set a relaxing tone for my stay. The room exceeded all expectations. It was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed with attention to detail. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the high-quality linens and pillows. The amenities were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed. The room had all the modern conveniences I could ask for, including fast Wi-Fi, a large flat-screen TV, and ample storage space

For improvement: during arriving to room, we’re updated the reception that the toilet in the room was not clean. Only after 3 requests were the toilets cleaned to our satisfaction and we received a letter & sweets of apology

Beautiful hotel with a nice big room with great views of the city. Great location. Easy walk to old town.

When we checked in, we were told by the staff we were upgraded. We booked a premium room, and that was exactly what we were given. So, there was no upgrade! Didn't understand why were we told we were given an upgrade. The room was spotless, but the shower door didn't have a proper seal, and the whole bathroom was flooded every time we showered. We felt sorry for the staff who had to clean it up every day. We stayed there for four nights.

This is one of the best hotels in Tbilisi. It is a tower with high floors and stunning view if you select the river side. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was excellent. It is near to many touristic Activities and located in an active street. The staff members who work at the breakfast restaurant are very nice and helpful, make you happy with their smiles and welling to help. The reception people are well qualified and helpful, they do their best for you to be happy.

Something not related to the hotel, but in Tbilisi as a general view, many street dogs around the hotels, I wish if the municipality find a solution and take the dogs to a safe place and take care of them instead of staying in the streets without food and can make the places dirty. They must also be vaccinated against diseases.

In the middle of the center and close from shopping center and everything is near and food was good

Management and dealing with guests When I entered the room, I found the refrigerator locked and asked to open the refrigerator. The receptionist refused, unless I put 300 to see the safe deposit boxes, under the pretext of the presence of alcohol. I asked to empty it and was refused. This gave me an inappropriate impression. Secondly, when I left the hotel, the receptionists treated me badly when I asked them if I had forgotten my sunglasses inside the room. They did not pay attention to me and were busy with their smartphones. All of this.

I was surprised that there wasn’t toot brush and toothpaste, even there was missing toilet brush. The water hot and cold wasn’t easy to regulate in the shower.

We always stay at The Biltmore when we visit Tbilisi and it is always a pleasure. We are an elderly couple and I use a walker, so I especially appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. At breakfast, which was a delicious spread, Mariam carried my plate so I could select what I wanted.

There were only two things that were not to our liking: the restaurant had difficulty making my husband's steak really rare. That is NOT a unique experience; many restaurants don't seem to believe he wants it red! It was tasty but distinctly medium-rare. The other item was that they put entirely too much dressing on the Caesar salad; it does not need to be drenched in dressing. On a second occasion we ate in the smaller restaurant on the first floor and we requested that they put one-half the amount of dressing on the salad and it was perfect. Neither of these imperfections would make us stay elsewhere: The Biltmore is "our" hotel in Tbilisi!

helpful staff, awesome breakfast - including Vegetarian friendly choices, gym instructor was v helpful n co operative, bell service was prompt, casino on the premises was amazing, location was tooo good.

no water beyond the 1 litre complimentary at the time of room cleaning. People staying at this costly hotel cant be expected to carry water from outside as they walk in; and feel cheated to a small extent when asked to pay for extra water. Also, no milk / creamer to add for in room coffee n tea making facility.
