It was a comfortable and convenient experience—especially for first-time visitors from India. The location is absolutely ideal—right near Rustaveli Avenue, with Liberty Square, Old Tbilisi, and many attractions just a walk or a quick Bolt ride away. We loved being able to step out and find great cafes, bakeries, and shopping spots within minutes. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed, working air conditioning, and daily housekeeping. The staff was polite, friendly, and helpful when we needed any suggestions or help.

One area that could be improved, especially for international guests like us, was the breakfast. As vegetarians, we found the options quite limited— although we managed with boiled eggs, bread, omelette, and sometimes cucumbers or tomatoes. A little more variety would make a big difference for those who don't take eggs or travel with dietary preferences or restrictions.

The staff are so nice and kind. There is goinng to be a cable car very close to the hotel to Mtatsminda Park in the the near future which makes the hotel location even more special.

Everything. Location was excellent, rooms were cozy and well heated and lit, proper cleanliness, the staff was so friendly, breakfast was nice. Such great value for money!

Nothing. All perfect.

It was a nice room, we were happy. It was convenient for a tour we took meeting at the bicycle. We found a very nice quiet family restaurant near the church under the cable car.

Excellent location, accessible to old and new Tblisi. Ilo (Reception staff) was extremely helpful, I had an ankle injury and he was very attentive and kind, and helped us so much during our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Due to COVID protocol, breakfast option was limited, but the staff is fast to respond with any requests.

Kind and natural

We spent about one week in this hotel, we really felt like we were in Home.from where should i start ! Everything was excellent.The check in was so fast and cooperative , the recepation staff are very friendly (actually all the staff😃) , the room was so clean , the location of the hotel was perfect near the city center , very close to bus and metro station .For Muslims , there is Rinser in the Toilet 😅 I would for sure recommend this hotel to all my friends comming to Tbilisi and would stay there again if i came back 😊 Thank you all the staff for making our stay great .

I would recommend to add some bakeries in the breakfast.

It is not their fault, but there was construction nearby. The noise was annoying.
