A decent room with all the essential amenities: comfortable bed, private bathroom with hot water shower, table and chair, very good wi-fi, aircon, a fridge and an electric kettle. The photos give a fair idea of the room you get, but you cannot see that there is actually a window, too, though a small one. The hosts don't live on the premises, but they have a place where I could leave my luggage for some hours after checkout, which was great. Even though the place is centrally located only ten minutes walk from Rustaveli Metro Station, the area is very quiet.

Walls seemed to be quite thin because you could often hear other guests even though they were not noisy. The room was slightly worn, e.g. the wallpaper. While there was excellent light above the bed, I missed some light above the table at the other end of the room where there was no real light from the window either.

I would like to note the professionalism of the staff, we were met on time and checked in. I have always had problems with accommodation in Tbilisi (other hotels cancelled reservations, increased prices or did not meet at night), but now I know a place where I can 100% check in without any problems. I would also like to note the delicious breakfast and the close location to the metro, which is very convenient.

The location was great, close to eating places and 15 mins to the mall. Easy to find from the Metro and McDonalds on the corner. The room was spacious and clean. It had all the things I needed and more. Natia, was literally the BEST host and helped me out so much during my stay. Even her Mom was amazing, including the lady who helps there. They all get 5 stars from me. Me and my friend had a great stay here and I certainly recommend Home25 for your stay.

The location is amazing, for me personally the hotel was in the best spot imaginable. It was a pleasant surprise to find AC in the room. The room itself was definitely on the smaller side, but cozy. Loved the bra above the bed, perfect for reading!

I wish there were clear instructions on how to get to the room. Maybe it was my fault not to notice them though, it is entirely possible that they were in place :)

This is the perfect hotel to stay in Tbilisi. It is located in the city center in a walking distance to the main attractions and 5 mins from subway, with lots of shops/grocery stores nearby. The staff was exceptional. I would like to thank Ana and Natia for hospitality and kindness towards us. We spent 45 days here and always felt being at home. Room looks exactly like on pictures. It was tiny but cozy, cleaned regularly, amenities refilled. Shower worked well. There is a small kitchen shared for two rooms in case you need it. I highly recommend to stay at home25.

Very neat and clean room, with all the necessary appliances. Location is great - very close to the center, but in a quiet authentic inner yard.

Sound proof could be improved - just sealing the gap under the door could make a noticeable difference. However, the room I stayed is small and I understand that it might be not possible to make a good isolation.

Great little apartment with own bathroom and kettle and just outside of the room there is also a kitchenette where you could cook a small meal. Location is great, very close to tube station and buses. Lovely hosts too. I liked that there was an additional blanket in the wardrobe, just for a cosy feeling.

Great location - just a few minutes of walk from Rustaveli metro station. Very helpful and kind manager. Fast and effocient air conditioning.

A very good place to stay in Tbilisi, close to the center. It has everything you’d need for a longer period of stay, just like home! The owner was very helpful and kind.
