It’s one of the most exquisite hotels in the city and I’m glad that I got to experience it. The staff is so friendly and helpful and special thanks to Sveto and Luka who helped me with getting familiar around on where to go and with transportation ordering cabs from the app. The view is breath taking and makes u wanna stay enjoy it all day long specially at breakfast time. The hotel is close to mtatsminda park car cable station which is nice to enjoy a top view of the city. And I would definitely recommend and will be back again once more 🤍🥂🇬🇪

Warm, hospitable staff, lovely views...bonus was the nice flowers. The front desk people were gracious and patient with a few curt patrons. We all have to remember that the service people are human beings too and should be afforded the same respect as you would want extended to you when you spend your hard earned money. That is how good, honest capitalism is supposed to work at its best - voluntary exchange for the betterment of humanity. But I digress 😀

Very good value, not much went wrong

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Castor and Pollux Hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm smiles and attentive staff who made me feel like home! The room where i stayed-it was nothing short of spectacular. The room was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, with plush bedding that promised a restful night's sleep. The large windows offered breathtaking views of the beautiful part of the city, and the private balcony was the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Nestled in the heart of Tbilisi, the Castor & Pollux Hotel offers guests a harmonious blend of modern luxury and authentic Georgian hospitality. Guests can start their day with a choice of buffet or à la carte breakfast options, ensuring a delightful culinary experience each morning. The staff’s genuine warmth and exceptional service made my stay truly memorable. The on-site restaurant and bar provide a variety of dining options, allowing guests to indulge in both local and international cuisines without leaving the premises. Hotel’s terrace offers the best panoramic view of Tbilisi. It was my first stay and I will always choose this hotel.

I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

We fell in love with this absolutely stunning view !! The desk team was impeccable, warm and welcoming, as well as very helpful.

My husband did not mind, but to me the bed was really unconfortable (i could feel the metal springs in the mattress + unstable); it was a bit better when i added a blanket under the bedsheet ! Also the adjustable mirror in the bathroom fell of the wall; it was quickly repaired by the maintenance team however.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff at the property are friendly but in a genuine way. They never force it. The entire property is wheelchair accessible, which was essential for my father-in-law and the view over Tbilisi is gorgeous from the large restaurant balcony, and allowed my father-in-law to enjoy his time here when he couldn’t engage with all our activities in the city. The hotel is also excellent value and very clean - our cleaning lady didn’t speak English but found a way to communicate to us and is a huge sweetheart. It’s located just above the city and an east 5 minute walk into the city proper. It’s about an 8 minute Bolt ride to somewhere touristic like Bridge of Peace, but Bolts are super cheap also. Overall, we had the best time and would highly recommend!

Upon arrival, Natalia and Iku were very hospitable. Especially Natalia, she was able to locate our booking immediately and had a very comfortable conversation with us ensuring we felt at ease and home. Her and Iku both recommended lovely places to visit during our stay which made it exceptional. We would like to extend our gratitude to Misha for his attentiveness as well. The place is lovely walking distance from touristic places. Thank you for having us, this will surely be our go to place in Tbilisi.

Very friendly but discreet staff, amazing views from the breakfast terrace. Large, quiet and cosy room. Shower was powerful, very clean, massive comfy bed, tea and coffee plus a fridge. Solid location, easy (but steep) stairs to Rustaveli metro station (less than 10 mins walk). Stayed here twice as we enjoyed it so much!

Hotel is new and feels a little bit unfinished in places, but don’t let that put you off. It’s a great place to stay (go for the superior rooms with balcony, the smaller cheaper rooms look out on to a cliff and are quite dark and not as nice.) - WiFi didn’t reach the balcony but was a strong signal in the room. Breakfast is decent but not spectacular.

The room is comfortable and enjoying city view at night in the balcony was one of the best moments during my stay. The staff, specially Aleksandra is super helpful and she was always ready to ask our questions.

A bit far from the markets and it took us 30 minutes to walk down to the city center. However, Bolt can help in this case and you'll pay less than USD3 for the ride.
