The staff really spend time cleaning the rooms. My wife can sniff out dirt and fuzz balls better than anyone. The rooms are nice and clean.

The location of the hotel and the view of the city is just unbeatable! The room we booked was very spacious and suited our needs for our one-week stay. Most of the staff were generally helpful, and two ladies in particular were very friendly (one of them was named Lika, I believe), but other staff members did not seem very approachable. We were put on the "first" floor, which actually was the third (?) floor of the building, but we had requested to be put on one of the higher floors. I am not sure if there were no rooms of our room type on higher floors, but I found this quite upsetting, especially the one night when there was extremely loud music blasting from the restaurant area right below us from a wedding party being held on the hotel grounds. The room itself was well-appointed with everything we needed for a one-week stay, although we did have to procure our own tea as only two tea bags were provided and we had asked for the room not to be cleaned during our entire stay. From a cleanliness perspective, nothing was left to be desired - the place was spotless. The hotel is perched on a hill, so that means about 10 minutes of going up and down a steep slope to get to it from Rustaveli metro station. There are, however, buses, but we did not take one to the hotel, so I cannot speak to the frequency of the bus. The hotel is near the funicular, which should not be missed! All in all, we were quite satisfied with our stay and would recommend this hotel and / or stay there again!

The hotel hosts events such as wedding parties. We were "fortunate" enough to be there for one such occasion, which meant music blasting (I am not exaggerating) until 11 pm. Fortunately, there is a hard stop at 11 pm, probably in consideration of hotel guests. We were not too affected as we had come back at around 10 pm after a long day of sightseeing, but it was rather annoying. Take this into consideration in case you plan on working remotely or you are an early sleeper. I do not think being on a higher floor would have helped, to be honest. I feel sorry for the neighbors, but it may just be part of the culture.

1) The location is amazing. Tbilisi is fairly polluted and noisy, but the hotel sits high up enough for that to be a non-issue, and the views are breathtaking. It's worth walking on foot from the hotel to the city center, because the way downhill is through the beautiful old city. 2) The staff was very hospitable and kind, always willing to help with everything we needed. 3) The room was very spacious (we booked a 'Deluxe Twin Room'), clean, comfortable and has an AC. 4) The dining room's atmosphere is simply amazing; breakfast is great, although not too extravagant. 5) The room service/cleaning is superb.

1) The "Queen Bed" is just two smaller beds side-by-side, with all the discomforts that that entails. We did not expect that, and it's worth keeping in mind. 2) The drinks in the minibar are not free, and cost 2-4 times as much as they do in any of the 24/7 stores within walking distance.

First of all I liked the atmosphere of the hotel. It was very aesthetic and nice place. The breakfasts are not good in Tbilisi at all but the our breakfasts in your hotel were great. The veranda of the restaurant was awesome with nice view, unfortunately it was raining all the days, so we were able to enjoy it only once.

I didn’t like the lack of light in the rooms. They were very dark. Couldn’t see normally at nights. There wasn’t a hair dryer, but for 4 star hotel it’s a necessity. And would like to mention that staff in reception couldn’t communicate in english. As for me it’s not normal to work in the sphere of tourism in the reception and not know english. They didn’t understand the simplest requests such as “when is the breakfast?” and “ please provide us with a toilet paper”. When we asked to give as some toilet papers, the receptionist gave us a block of papers of A4 format.🤣

We stayed at Ginger Hotel during our trip to Georgia and had a pleasant experience overall. The place is quiet, spotlessly clean, and the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was generous and delicious, and we also dined at their restaurant a couple of times—the food was tasty and well-prepared. Special thanks to Tika, who was incredibly kind and professional. The only downsides were that the light bulb in our room wasn’t working, and despite informing the staff, it wasn’t fixed during our stay. Additionally, there were no tissues provided in the room.

For a long stay, we opted for one of the suites, a big room with extra sitting space and a large bathroom. That also gave us plenty of wardrobe space and a spectacular terrace overlooking the Vera area and the city. Most other rooms seem to have a similar view, though. All the staff were amiable and helpful, pleased to assist us in any way. Breakfast was good, with basic offers including the freshest of fruit, plus eggs excellently cooked to order. Happily this is a very quiet place. Its hillside location may seem more remote, but the plus is peaceful, lovely views and we were still just 10 minutes by bus or inexpensive car to Liberty Square (or Vake) or by foot to Rustaveli and the metro. Many restaurants are nearby.

Wifi was not as strong as it could be. We were given the wrong room at first due to a double booking, but the manager solved that problem within a few hours.

Breakfast is great, the staff is the most friendly we have ever communicated with. They helped us a lot. The facility is excellent, we played billiard multiple times and enjoyed observing the town and the mountains during the breakfasts.

Well, they cleaned up the room every day and it was sad to see a new soap every time when we had just used 5% of it :D

Very comfortable room and bed with the best view ever. I extended my stay 2/3 days more because the room was exactly what I needed. I had two rooms in second and third floors. I liked the second floor better but both were very comfortable and big enough. The personal were very friendly and ready to help. Good location. Only the breakfast buffet was not a wow! It would be good to have a better breakfast options.

In spite of late check-in we were checked fast right away. The room is large,beds are comfortable, everything is clean. Lots of little things in the bathroom. The cherry on the cake- is the view of the city from the cafe. Its amazing

Our room was on -1 floor with the view of roofs. No chair on the balcony. In cafe during a day was no dough to make Chachapuri. Just a small things to improve.

Accommodation was beautiful, with a stunning view of the city. The room was clean, with a good bathroom set up. Staff helpful. Good WiFi connection. Late check out time. Provided a great workout when going down to the main city.

The bed duvet wasn't the same size as the bed. The bed had a weird rise in the middle of the bed, which was a bit uncomfortable but not unbearable.
