I stayed for 10 days - the stay was impeccably good! Quiet and comfortable room - couldn’t hear any noises from the streets! Decent breakfast choices Quick check in and check out with no issues Location is great! - near Rustavelli metro! Hotel staff are amazing - always say Hi and smiley every morning! They even prepared and packed breakfast for me before my long rides to kazbegi and Armenia on different days! The staff was also helpful. I had food poisoning one time - vomited few times the night and stained some parts of the bed sheets; the staff quickly helped changed the sheets and reassured me if I needed anything - it was all good by the morning.

The walk-up the hill from the centre to the hotel but otherwise no major issues!

suite room is excellent with a balcony and a nice view. You watch the sunrise and the sunset. Air condition excellent. Staff, breakfast, location, the surroundings everything was excellent. Hotel has two cats on the garden and they feed them and let guests feed them. We like this very much as well. The best experience we have as a frequent traveller. Recommend the suite room for everyone.

The location is central staff are amazing and so helpful they exceed my expectations. I was celebrating my wife's birthday, and they provided a unique brand bottle of champagne in the room as well as they brought a birthday cake for us. breakfast is very good, hotel is very clean and service is amazing.

The location of Barnovi Boutique Hotel is excellent. The staff and owner of the hotel are very friendly and welcoming, a special mention to Mary who was there when we checked in. Mary ensured that we had everything we needed for our stay, she was very helpful with advice and suggestions for our long weekend in Tblisi. My husband and I were treated to celebratory drinks on our 10th Wedding Anniversary which was a beautiful touch. The hotel is very comfortable and breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend Barnovi Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Tblisi.

The room was very nice. The breakfast was very nice. The location could have been good if not for the road works - see next section.

The entire street the hotel is on was completely dug up! Walking to and from the hotel was unpleasant, and you can't reach it by car. I was notified a few days before arrival, although the works have been going on for weeks and are nowhere around being finished. I understand the hotel doesn't have control over road work, but I would've expected it to be reflected in the price, at least. Some of the staff was nosy and unfriendly, especially when I had a work colleague come over on one of the mornings.

A modern and very clean hotel with a sort of familiar vibe. Spatious rooms. Very helpful people at the reception desk. Mini-bar full of snacks and not too expensive (went with the Twix bar). The hotel is 5 minutes away from the Rustaveli subway station which is very convenient. Also close to supermarkets and other stores. Solid value-for-money.

Breakfast was not impressive (free filtered coffee please). Wi-fi had its ups and downs. The hotel is on a steep street but nothing out of the ordinary for Tbilisi. If you're a couch potato McDonalds is down the street.

breakfasts are a bit boring

Very nice place near the Old Tbilisi! The location is good - right in the middle between old and modern Tbilisi (30 min by foot in both directions). The hotel is very cozy and stylish, well equipped - it was warm in the room, so it’s also comfortable to travel even in winter. The view from the rooms is very beautiful - Tbilisi at night is just breathtaking! Worth mentioning is tasty breakfast- it was different practically every day and well-balanced. The staff is very friendly and helpful! Thank you :) It was a very nice experience, definitely recommended!

The ambiance of the hotel is great. It feels personalized and cozy. Family values are accentuated throughout the hotel. The housekeeper tidied up my room impeccably. Staff members were warm and polite. The breakfast setup looked cute and the choice was good. The view from the breakfast area is great. During the warm months you can sit on a small terrace. The far away city view from my window (with a balcony) was so great!

Visitors with mobility issues should be aware that the hotel is located on a very, very steep street. The ventilation in my room was not strong enough to pull out all the humidity, it felt. But this was not a major complaint for me.
