We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. The balcony offered a stunning view of Tbilisi, especially in the evenings when the city lights created a magical atmosphere. There was no street noise in the room, and it was quiet at night. During the hot weather, we appreciated the air conditioning, which worked very well. The breakfast was delicious, with homemade and varied dishes — something new was offered every morning. The hotel room was exceptionally clean and was cleaned daily upon request. The owner and other staff members were very friendly and welcoming. The location is within walking distance of the city center. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

We visited Tbilisi not for the first time, but were extremely pleasantly surprised with our stay at Tbilisi View Hotel. As we came with a car, we also had a chance to park it just infant of the hotel, super convenient. Upon arrival we had a chance to select one of two available rooms, that gave flexibility to choose what we prefer more. The view from the hotel room is amazing, very good location and overlooking Tbilisi city. Room size is perfect and very convenient. Bathroom is clean and with necesarry toiletries. Breakfast was in a nice room with a view as well, good selection of breakfast food. Location of hotel is good, not far a way from city center (by foot) and also not far away from funiculare. And the host was super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and will select the same hotel next time we will be in Tbilisi.

The room was clean and the view is amazing. Fresh towel every day and coffee is available anytime, breakfast is delicious. The staff is very nice ( Giga and Mary ) very helpful. Overall we love our stay in this hotel and we highly recommend this hotel. If there's a chance that i will be visiting again Georgia i will always choosing this hotel.

Important to say is that you cannot European standards for hotels. Wheater for room or breakfast. But in general you will get positively surprised. I have never met such a friendly and courteous hotelier. Also the stuff was very, very friendly. For furniture to say is everything there u require for a hotel room. Bed was way comfy. For breakfast, it was a but confusing to get chicken nuggets, but there is bread, cereals, vegetables, dips. For everyone, there should be something be for them to eat. You also have the possibility to get tea or coffee the whole night out. The only thing is the location. It is quite on the mountainside. If u want to catch the metro, you can walk down for 10 min. But consider going upstairs needs this time too. At 30 degrees could be exhausting. But there is also a bus station in front of the hotel which I have never used. I can really recommend this hotel. The View in hotels name is absolutely right chosen! It is totally overwhelming.

Giga is the host with the most character :) He picked us up directly from the airport, and then checked us in, and took care of us during our entire stay. It felt more like we were his house guests rather than a typical hotel experience. He even took me to a local bakery to get fresh Georgian bread and helped me in a bad situation with a shady car rental company that tried to give me a crappy car with a bum tire. The room itself was super comfy and the balcony looking over the city was perfect. Breakfast was great. The bathroom was clean and we appreciated it having a bidet sprayer (not all hotels in Georgia have one). There's a small parking area outside which works for rental cars and Bolt taxi pickups, etc. Internet was fast. Giga gave us great advice where to change money and where to buy a SIM card, etc. I could not imagine a better place to start a trip to Georgia.

It's a bit far from the old city center, but only $3 ride by Bolt taxi service, so no big deal.

The property is very clean and the staff are extremely friendly. Another highlight is the food. Free Breakfast is included if you book here. The location is not bad, on top of the hill but if you’re fond of walking, it’s just 8-10 mins away from the main street. The property is also accessible by the bus line. The room that we got is very clean and very spacious. A special thing is that, we have a balcony and from time to time, we had cats visiting our balcony space. Very cute and friendly cats, if you’re a cat lover, preferably get the room at the farthest. They sometimes wait outside the door. Overall experience is, I am very satisfied with my stay and hopefully visit Tbilisi and book a hotel here at Tbilisi View Hotel.

No elevator. But you are assisted by the manager with your luggage going downstairs. Not a biggie.

View from the balcony of the city and the staff were excellent, particularly the gentleman on reception. He could not do enough to try and make our stay pleasant, he was very customer focused and a credit to the hotel. The room was a good size and comfortable. We were gratefully allocated a room on the upper floor behind reception (there is some noise from people coming and going but not a huge issue). Breakfast was okay, although some fresh fruit would have been appreciated. Overall good value for money and about 30 minutes walk into Liberty Square.

The hotel did not give the "wow" factor that we were expecting form the rave reviews and high rating. It needs some maintenance, particularly in the balcony area. Bedside lights would be a useful addition. WIFI was very weak in our room.

The view during breakfast is perfect. Make sure to reserve a room with a view of Tbilisi if you want to enjoy that in your room as well. The woman working in the kitchen was very kind and friendly, as was Mr. Giga—the head of staff.

I gave a score of ten due to the balance between price and services. However, be aware that there are no elevators (though Mr. Giga kindly assists with luggage). If you plan to explore on foot, heading down to the center is convenient, but getting back can be challenging as the hotel is located in the highlands. Fortunately, there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Additionally, they do not provide a safety box.

We stayed in a triple room. All three beds were comfortable with clean sheets, towels, and slippers provided. The room was spacious, and we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist. In the morning, the lady preparing breakfast and the friendly manager both greeted us kindly, adding a personal touch. The highlight was definitely sitting on the balcony, enjoying a cup of tea and coffee while overlooking the beautiful view of Tbilisi. The breakfast felt homey and fresh, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We will definitely come back to this place.

Some minor renovation could be done, but given the location on a hillside, it’s understandable. It didn’t affect our stay.

The view is more beautiful in real life than on the pictures. The only way to really appreciate it is to experience it. You’ll come here not only for the stunning view but also for the very friendly owners of this hotel, who will make you feel comfortable from the first moment! If you are not a morning person I would recommend to ask for a room not to close to the breakfast area. There will be people eating between 8am and 11am. The breakfast of this hotel is more than excellent, prepared with a lot of love and attention. Choice is plenty, and I just have to mention the good quality coffee! When we will be back in Tbilisi we will definitely consider coming back here again....
