The room was clean and the view is amazing. Fresh towel every day and coffee is available anytime, breakfast is delicious. The staff is very nice ( Giga and Mary ) very helpful. Overall we love our stay in this hotel and we highly recommend this hotel. If there's a chance that i will be visiting again Georgia i will always choosing this hotel.

We visited Tbilisi not for the first time, but were extremely pleasantly surprised with our stay at Tbilisi View Hotel. As we came with a car, we also had a chance to park it just infant of the hotel, super convenient. Upon arrival we had a chance to select one of two available rooms, that gave flexibility to choose what we prefer more. The view from the hotel room is amazing, very good location and overlooking Tbilisi city. Room size is perfect and very convenient. Bathroom is clean and with necesarry toiletries. Breakfast was in a nice room with a view as well, good selection of breakfast food. Location of hotel is good, not far a way from city center (by foot) and also not far away from funiculare. And the host was super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and will select the same hotel next time we will be in Tbilisi.

View from the balcony of the city and the staff were excellent, particularly the gentleman on reception. He could not do enough to try and make our stay pleasant, he was very customer focused and a credit to the hotel. The room was a good size and comfortable. We were gratefully allocated a room on the upper floor behind reception (there is some noise from people coming and going but not a huge issue). Breakfast was okay, although some fresh fruit would have been appreciated. Overall good value for money and about 30 minutes walk into Liberty Square.

The hotel did not give the "wow" factor that we were expecting form the rave reviews and high rating. It needs some maintenance, particularly in the balcony area. Bedside lights would be a useful addition. WIFI was very weak in our room.

The property is very clean and the staff are extremely friendly. Another highlight is the food. Free Breakfast is included if you book here. The location is not bad, on top of the hill but if you’re fond of walking, it’s just 8-10 mins away from the main street. The property is also accessible by the bus line. The room that we got is very clean and very spacious. A special thing is that, we have a balcony and from time to time, we had cats visiting our balcony space. Very cute and friendly cats, if you’re a cat lover, preferably get the room at the farthest. They sometimes wait outside the door. Overall experience is, I am very satisfied with my stay and hopefully visit Tbilisi and book a hotel here at Tbilisi View Hotel.

No elevator. But you are assisted by the manager with your luggage going downstairs. Not a biggie.

The view during breakfast is perfect. Make sure to reserve a room with a view of Tbilisi if you want to enjoy that in your room as well. The woman working in the kitchen was very kind and friendly, as was Mr. Giga—the head of staff.

I gave a score of ten due to the balance between price and services. However, be aware that there are no elevators (though Mr. Giga kindly assists with luggage). If you plan to explore on foot, heading down to the center is convenient, but getting back can be challenging as the hotel is located in the highlands. Fortunately, there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Additionally, they do not provide a safety box.

The view is more beautiful in real life than on the pictures. The only way to really appreciate it is to experience it. You’ll come here not only for the stunning view but also for the very friendly owners of this hotel, who will make you feel comfortable from the first moment! If you are not a morning person I would recommend to ask for a room not to close to the breakfast area. There will be people eating between 8am and 11am. The breakfast of this hotel is more than excellent, prepared with a lot of love and attention. Choice is plenty, and I just have to mention the good quality coffee! When we will be back in Tbilisi we will definitely consider coming back here again....

Matras was a bit too soft

A cozy hotel with a panoramic view of Tbilisi in a quiet place. Close to the metro, the center, the funicular and Mtatsminda Park. Daily cleaning, comfortable beds, everything you need is in the room. Nice design and cheerful paintings by a local artist that create a special mood. Friendly and helpful staff. Mariam is always ready to help. A variety of delicious homemade breakfasts from the soulful and warm-hearted Maro. Special thanks to the manager Gigo! He is a true professional in his field and a wonderful person. He will readily and wholeheartedly help you solve any issue. Feel the real Georgian hospitality in this wonderful hotel!

I highly recommend this hotel 100% – it truly exceeded my expectations! The facilities were fantastic: the rooms were cozy, cute, and impeccably clean. The location was ideal, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, complemented by an amazing view. However, what stood out the most was the exceptional service from the staff. They were incredibly welcoming and kind, making us feel special and cared for at all times. A special thank you to Giga and Mariam, who went above and beyond to ensure we felt valued. Your outstanding service and warmth made all the difference. I will definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to my friends and family. See you soon!

As the name suggests, the view over Tbilisi from the balcony room I was given was wonderful & was a really special part of the stay. The breakfasts were also great. The best part was Giga the manager. He picked me up at the airport at 2.30am. He has a real focus on making sure my stay was comfortable, he was easy to talk to, gave great advice about Tbilisi and generally displayed outstanding guest service skills. We had a nice goodbye when I left & I would stay again because of his great service

Only minor issue was the bed mattresses were abit too soft, though my sleep was not interrupted. I prefer firmer mattresses.

The staff is very warm and friendly. An excellent breakfast is included. The coffee machine and boiling water are always available. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the city, and Mtatsminda Park is very close. We are grateful to the manager and kitchen staff for the excellent hospitality.
