The rooms were clean and aesthetically pleasing, with comfortable and well maintained facilities. There was also a small, lovely balcony that added to the charm. The view was stunning, and the staff were courteous, helpful, and provided excellent service. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which was very nice, and the dining area on the top floor offered an amazing view. The location is also great just a short walking distance from the city center

This is a small and minor issue compared to everything else, but it’s worth mentioning. We booked 6 beds but found only 5 upon arrival. There were also some missing towels, which were provided later, and in one of the rooms, the shower head holder wasn’t fully functional. However, overall the hotel is charming, pleasant, and very clean. We would be happy to stay here again

Whether you are looking for a short escape or a longer retreat, I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a peaceful and charming atmosphere. The view was the most beautiful! We enjoyed the fresh air. The staff was kind and cleaned frequently.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t the staff’s fault, but the guests in the neighboring room partied, shouted, and slammed doors until morning several times. The staff spoke to them, but it didn’t help. The pillow on the bed was comfortable, but the mattress was too soft for me. Despite these issues, I can still highly recommend the place to everyone!

we reached at night the room that we selected was occupied although we received a confirmation for its availability; we stayed in another room then we moved to our room on the second day The breakfast needs more variety

The view, the room and the bathroom and the balcony were big (first floor in the middle). The breakfast was light and enough. The lady at the reception was nice and helpfull.

The light at the balcony was too bright white, was no coffee or tea in the room but was a kattle.

Astonishing view from the window, comfortable bed, good size of room, normal bathroom. Worm radiators make the place very comfy.

The bed and towels were changed once within a week, floor was not cleaned. Wals and flor need some redecoration. Poor quality breakfast, instant coffee, not big choice of food, eventually we went for breakfast outside.

Everything was satisfactory overall. Breakfast was enjoyable, although incorporating some fruits could make it even better. Regarding the stay, the hotel should have honored the late checkout option as it was part of my booking.

A bit far from the old town center and on top of mountain, going out and come back have to take taxi. Facility is basic, a bit tear.

Breakfast on the rooftop with amazing views. The variety is good. Different sets every day. Special thanks to Donna and George from Reception, they were very helpful and friendly.
