It was conveniently close to the Rustaveli Metro Station and on the 337 bus route from the airport. The room was very comfortable and a good breakfast was included in a very good price. It was also very close to the hiking route up Mount Mtatsminda.

It’s uphill off the main road so it’s generally quiet, if that’s what you like. That said, it’s a walk of under 10 minutes to the nearest metro station, and there are a bunch of food options and a small supermarket close by. Staff were generally cool and breakfast was a decent spread. The room was comfortable too.

Not something I didn’t like per se, but the first night I heard residents in the neighbouring property chatting away past midnight in their little courtyard below my window, but that’s something the hotel can’t control anyway. If you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Oh yes, the property is a little uphill but it’s not terribly steep. That said though, the road is cobbled and the pavements not always even, so you might want to reconsider the trolley bag unless you’re to willing to carry it. :)

I would like to express thankful for City Inn and especially for Vano from staff for his kind assistance and approach. Breakfast service, cleaning status of room, location of the hotel were very good too. You can reach Rustaveli Metro Station just for 5 minutes with walking from hotel. At the end - considering the price, I left the hotel satisfied.

I just faced with little trouble about the Wi-Fi connection, unfortunately it was not stable, for this reason I used cellular network. But maybe it was related with the location of our room (2) or the count of active guests in the hotel.

5 mins walk from Rustavelli metro and airport shuttle and other bus routes. Amenities included - normal breakfast, all time tea/coffee/juice freely available at the canteen. Would definitely recommend to someone with family and couples looking for a clean stay with convenient location and good service with adequate pricing.

Great hotel in a great location! Everything you need is within walking distance. The staff were very nice and helpful. Cleaning and change of towels are done daily, and breakfast is good—almost the same every day but diverse, offering options. I'd also like to thank Khacho for helping my mom buy flowers for me, and many thanks to all the staff for the amazing birthday surprise breakfast—I did not expect that and was thrilled!

Next to the hotel lives a very loud woman who constantly plays loud music, sings, and smokes a lot, making it impossible to open the windows. Thankfully, at least at night, she would stop her solo concerts.

This is a very cozy hotel. It's clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The staff is super nice and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty, with great variety. We especially enjoyed Georgian fruits, cheeses and olives. We visited in December, and heating worked really well, we even had to turn down the heat. The room was cleaned every day, towels changed. Overall, a great place to stay in Tbilisi.

There was an issue from time to time with some unpleasant smell in the bathroom coming from plumbing, but I assume it's because of the old neighbourhood.

We can say only good about City Inn Tbilisi. Our room was very nice and cleaned daily. Breakfast was tasty and delicious. Our big thanks to staff, they are ready to help and solve our problems, we asked about two separate beds and it was done immediately. In brief, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

I had a midnight checkin that was accommodated really well. The breakfast was really good. The cleanliness was on point, toiletries, towels, and bedding was good.

Breakfast starts at 8AM which I think is pretty late, my group tours started at 9AM so I always had breakfast in a hurry, earlier time would have made this pleasant. The view from the room was not the best but I just came to hotel to sleep and left every morning, pretty much perfect for that.
