We were greeted by a very pleasant staff. On a hot day the chef treated us to a dogwood compote and it was great! Comfortable clean room, homely atmosphere and of course the delicious breakfast as if cooked by grandma. It's not a buffet, the breakfast is brought by the waiter. It is very varied, delicious and hearty. Just give it a try, it is a fantastic experience.

I needed stable internet for online meetings for work, and unfortunately the wi-fi wasn't great. But if you don't need great internet, it's perfectly fine.

Pet friendly hotel. They were nice and smiling and helping from the very beginning. The rooms are big and cosy, and the view is lovely. The beds and linens were the most comfortable I had in a long time . Hotel Decoration is beautiful and the lovely ladies that always smiled and were cheerful. Gela and Luka helped me with every question I had. Value for money 10/10 Location- in a nice very quiet street, 5 minutes walking from downton. And all the tourist places. It was great walking my dog there. Also. It worth to get up early only for the breakfast. They prepare different food every day and they serve you personally to your table. The food is just amazing. I felt like a guest at a family gathering. If I will come back I will definitely book it again. P.s: Luka you were right and the khinkali was out of this world. :)

The towels can be renewed , bathroom was a little small for me. But for a short stay it’s fine. there was a little problem in the bathroom that the water leaks but they immediately were ready to solve it .

For starters, this place is for budget travelers. So don't expect the Ritz. However, the rooms were clean, the mattresses very good, and the breakfast...THE BREAKFAST! Homemade by the family that owns the place. It was an 8 or 9-course meal. Amazing! If you can deal with hiking up a lot of stairs and are fine with nothing swish in your room, this is an OUTSTANDING value option in the very heart of Vera, which is the funkiest boutique-y part of the city.

The stairs up to the hotel were steep and the rooms were quite plain, but what can you expect for such great value in the center of Tbilisi?! First world problems, to be sure.

I felt at home the entire stay. The breakfast is OUT OF THIS WORLD. The room is spacious, clean, and air-conditioned, and the view of the city from the window is amazing. Everyone working in the hotel is friendly and will do everything in their power to assist you with any special requests that you have. Location is very convenient as it is close to the city center but away from the crowds. I highly, highly, highly recommend this hotel to everyone staying in Tbilisi! :)

Great value for the price! Absolutely amazing breakfast. They changed some of the food items every day, so always something new to enjoy. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. As English speakers, we were able to easily communicate. The breakfast room and waiting/lounge area were both cozy and decorated very nicely. The rooms were spotlessly clean and refreshed every day. A bonus was the mini refrigerator they had in the room. Heat and water pressure were both excellent. We had a view from our window over the rooftops of the city. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Had a great first trip to Georgia. The staff at the hotel were amazing. Temor and David went above and beyond to help us with all our questions and were a wealth of knowledge and great advice. Very friendly, accommodating and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing and filling, delicious and varied over our 3 days there. We loved our time there. The location was great with easy access to many great places. The view from our window over the city was an added bonus! Great value for the price and we would go back I'm a heartbeat! Breakfast made us so full every day that we had to skip lunch and some days even dinner. Both guys at reception were incredibly nice and showed true Georgian hospitality. We were scheduled to leave early on the last day so instead of breakfast they had made us a take away lunch box to take to the airport, which was incredibly sweet of them. Best hosts in Georgia!

The shower pressure could be better but everything else is so great that it doesn't even matter

It was always clean and the staff was incredible. I think this may be the best value for your money if you’re going to travel to Tbilisi. I usually refrain giving reviews this elaborate, but this is well worth it! Next time I’m visiting, this will be the hotel I’ll be staying at.

Only thing was the stairs, when you’re with big luggage it can be tricky. But even then, the staff didn’t hesitate to help and everything else was just top notch.

Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Room was spacious and clean. Complimentary breakfast was exceptionally good with lot of options. 24 hrs complimentary coffee was also available in dining hall. Kettle was provided on request. Located in the main spot near to Rustaville metro station.

Hotel was located on the uphill which made it challenging to reach along with luggage. No lunch and dinner services were available at hotel however receptionist was ready to make arrangements from outside.

the breakfast is the best we have had in georgia with freshly cooked mushrooms / chicken and pancakes for the kid ! One morning we had apple strudels and the other morning we had choux! The staff Gela and Luca are so helpful and truly friendly .

There is no curtain in the sofa bed room inside the family room and it’s bright at 7am. The curtain is not very helpful in the main room - but luckily we had eye masks . This is not a big deal but sth they could improve
