From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and truly taken care of. The hotel itself is beautifully designed — cozy, stylish, and full of character, perfectly reflecting the charm of the Vera district. What made the stay exceptional, however, was the incredible service, especially from the manager, Saphia. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect — offering helpful recommendations, arranging transportation, and always greeting me with a warm smile. Her personal touch and attention to detail really elevated the whole experience. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with thoughtful amenities and beautiful views of the city. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh local ingredients and a relaxing atmosphere in the dining area. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Vera Hills Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi. Thank you again to Saphia and the whole team for making my stay so memorable!

A wonderful hotel with a beautiful view of the city in the center of Tbilisi! All the sights are within walking distance! When checking in, we were greeted with warmth and care, offered a room with a luxurious view. We really liked Sandro, he is a wonderful guy with crazy energy and a beautiful voice! He always tried to help, chat with us, find out how things were! The breakfasts at the hotel were good, you will definitely not go hungry! The hotel has an elevator, all the neighbors were extremely friendly. The staff mostly speaks English, but understands Russian too! The rooms in the hotel are clean, beautiful, cozy, with a balcony, a separate cheap one, very bright! We will definitely come back here more than once!

Me and my friends had an unforgettable Stay at Vera Hills Boutique Hotel. We knew we were in for a treat the instant we stepped into Vera Hills Boutique Hotel. This place is a true gem in the middle of Tbilisi! The Room and View—5/5 The room was beautifully designed, clean, and extremely comfy. The actual highlight, however, was the breathtaking view. Waking up to a panoramic vista over Tbilisi was absolutely mesmerizing. The city lights at night made it even more magical. Service & Hospitality: 5/5 The personnel set a new standard for hospitality. They were friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, going above and beyond to ensure our vacation was flawless. Whether it was arranging transportation, or simply greeting us with a grin every morning, they made us feel at ease. I highly recommend this hotel if you wanted to experience the exceptional service and nice view of Tbilisi. Can't wait to get back!

The breakfast have few varieties during our stay.

Cute little room with the bath, great view and the staff is really nice. Had an issue with the room heating not working well on the first day and they immediately handled it and fixed it up for us, very receptive. When I go to a hotel - I go for the service and privacy - I felt like we had both, cleanliness was great. Obviously there are some minor inconveniences but that's in every place you go to that's not your own home. Would definitely recommend - it checks the three most important points for me: 1. Peace and quiet, not loud or obnoxious/overbearing staff. 2. Timely service and positive vibes. 3. Privacy and cleanliness. The Hotel is on a bit of a hill so if you're not a big walking fan - it might be a small downside - but walking up and down to the city center is a great post-meal workout as well. Lol.

I thought the bathroom was just a tiny bit too small for comfort. Just a tiny bit - if it were like 10% bigger or had a shower door it'd be perfect. But this is just nit-picking anyway.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Georgia, and it was truly an exceptional experience! The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and has a serene, quiet atmosphere that makes it perfect for relaxation. Every detail, from the comfortable rooms to the well-kept common areas, reflects their dedication to quality. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the wonderful staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming, but a special thanks goes to Georgi and Sandro, who went above and beyond to make my visit unforgettable. They were always ready to help with anything I needed, offering great tips on local attractions and making sure I felt right at home.

Great cozy hotel with stunning views of the city. Clean and cozy rooms. Good service. Not bad breakfast. We were satisfied.

the hotel is quite high up on a hill. It's not that far from the center, but climbing on foot made us burn quite a few calories. All in all, it's great. The only thing is that the bathroom smelled very strongly of dampness from the drain in the shower. If you closed the bathroom door it was acceptable.

This hotel is a hidden gem! I loved walking up and down hill everyday going to and from the hotel. It’s in Vera neighborhood with great cafes and restos. I loved the room too, it’s got a really great view. And the bath tub in the room was my favorite!

If you’re a vegetarian like myself, there wasn’t much you can eat at the breakfast offered apart of toasts, and salad and eggs. But great breakfast cafes are just 10 mins walk away!

My husband and I were very pleased with the reception at the hotel!!! TeMo, SandRo and the charming Bella!! Bella's kitchen is clean, breakfast is always fresh and delicious The guys at the reception make every effort to help in any situation. Very hospitable guys, thank you for such a welcome for us!!! We travel often, so we have something to compare with! I recommend, you will not regret it

It was a booking for my girlfriend's birthday celebration and it went much much better than how i thought everything would go. Sandro, was of great help and he's such a gentleman for helping me with all the things. The location, the hotel, the staff, the cleanliness was all on point and I had a great time with my girlfriend! Double bad there is a two twin bad. For us, like a couple it was not comfortable, because we fulling between each beds when sleep. Also it was necessary to ask each time about dental kit, change room (coz first of all we have not our more less than we are booked). But all things was faster resolved
