Me and my friends had an unforgettable Stay at Vera Hills Boutique Hotel. We knew we were in for a treat the instant we stepped into Vera Hills Boutique Hotel. This place is a true gem in the middle of Tbilisi! The Room and View—5/5 The room was beautifully designed, clean, and extremely comfy. The actual highlight, however, was the breathtaking view. Waking up to a panoramic vista over Tbilisi was absolutely mesmerizing. The city lights at night made it even more magical. Service & Hospitality: 5/5 The personnel set a new standard for hospitality. They were friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, going above and beyond to ensure our vacation was flawless. Whether it was arranging transportation, or simply greeting us with a grin every morning, they made us feel at ease. I highly recommend this hotel if you wanted to experience the exceptional service and nice view of Tbilisi. Can't wait to get back!

The breakfast have few varieties during our stay.

Cute little room with the bath, great view and the staff is really nice. Had an issue with the room heating not working well on the first day and they immediately handled it and fixed it up for us, very receptive. When I go to a hotel - I go for the service and privacy - I felt like we had both, cleanliness was great. Obviously there are some minor inconveniences but that's in every place you go to that's not your own home. Would definitely recommend - it checks the three most important points for me: 1. Peace and quiet, not loud or obnoxious/overbearing staff. 2. Timely service and positive vibes. 3. Privacy and cleanliness. The Hotel is on a bit of a hill so if you're not a big walking fan - it might be a small downside - but walking up and down to the city center is a great post-meal workout as well. Lol.

I thought the bathroom was just a tiny bit too small for comfort. Just a tiny bit - if it were like 10% bigger or had a shower door it'd be perfect. But this is just nit-picking anyway.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Georgia, and it was truly an exceptional experience! The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and has a serene, quiet atmosphere that makes it perfect for relaxation. Every detail, from the comfortable rooms to the well-kept common areas, reflects their dedication to quality. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the wonderful staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming, but a special thanks goes to Georgi and Sandro, who went above and beyond to make my visit unforgettable. They were always ready to help with anything I needed, offering great tips on local attractions and making sure I felt right at home.

Very good boutique hotel. Pleasant staff, polite manager, helped to resolve issues. Delicious breakfast, everyone is very friendly, close to the city center, there are several restaurants nearby. Comfortable and clean room. There is an elevator, there is a small balcony with a view, nice. I liked being there, I recommend it.

High rise of the road to the hotel, for someone it may be difficult to climb up. A bit dark streets at night nearby, not much light. There was no "Do Not Disturb" sign in the room and one day the receptionist opened the room himself to show it to others wishing to check in by mistake, and I was in the room almost naked (but after he apologized).

The place was really nice!!! 5 minutes walk to Rustavelli! Room was clean and comfortable! Best breakfasts are definitely here! Thanks to queen Bella! Hotel is placed on the hill, but for us it was the best decision, double exercise)) But if you re not into walking and stuff, taxi goes there easily!

The location is central; however, be prepared for an uphill walk if you choose to explore on foot. I wouldn't advise walking in the area late at night. The hotel itself is clean and exudes a cozy atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the family/connecting room they provided – it was clean, spacious, and adorned with beautiful interior decor. The hands-on staff is excellent, proficient in English, and always ready to assist. The freshly prepared breakfast was also delightful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would wholeheartedly recommend it.

First of all, the hotel has a gorgeous view of the city, a room with a balcony is worth taking. The breakfast also deserves special praise - everything was delicious, there were no situations where you come at the end of breakfast and there was nothing left - new food is constantly being served. Our hotel was excellent value for money and our expectations were well met.

Room cleaning was pretty "forced" when my spouse and I were inside, a little confused why you couldn't come in a little later. Also, I do not know who invented this alarm in the room that flashes like a disco ball.

Helpful and friendly staff, clean and cozy place, pleasant atmosphere, everything that may be needed is there. The room is incredible, spacious, clean and functional. The way the room is structured is very convenient. Air conditioning was a lifesaver. People working there are amazing, kind, understanding and very cheerful. Every time we faced one of the employees, it felt like a mood booster :) This hotel will always be a big part of our happy memories about Georgia and its hospitality. Highly recommended!

Didn’t see any negative sides of it.

The rooms are clean, there is hot water all the time and the reception was very nice. A lot of parking spaces near the hotel if you rent a car. Breakfast is a bit basic but good

The location ia not the best but the taxis are really cheap in Tbilisi or if you still want to walk it's about 10 minutes walk from Rustaveli street

Friendly staff, nice and spacious room with a balcony. The view over the city is stunning. Nevertheless, requires some effort to go up the mountain if walking on foot.

Random supply of bottled water and toiletries. Sometimes we got two bottles of water, sometimes zero.
