The location of hotel is near in foothill of Mtatsminda and very near to Funicular railway. Though it's 1.5 kms from Freedom square it's worth walking down the slopes of Tbilisi. Well articulated roads make it possible to reach hotel by mere 7 lari from center of Tbilisi or walking will take about 15 mins. Very decent hotel and smiling staff front desk is 24x7 open is an advantage that one can checkin late.. We checked in at almost 2AM due to delayed flights. Rooms are clean and have specious balcony attached. We were given two rooms attached with two balconies which over look street below. Tbilisi can not be seen in few days and so one must stay for about a week to really enjoy the hotel and City. The Breakfast was just awesome five 🌟 breakfast with juices unlimited drinks coffee tea Savory Georgian cheese and platter full of salads. Cakes porridge and many other dishes kids enjoy a lot. Specially they prepared fried rice for breakfast as we are vegen and had best time morning breakfast.

Bit small rooms but one likes most outside so not a concern. It's bit away but is well connected with metro and taxi can be booked using local taxi app.

The hotel exceeded expectations in every aspect! The location was perfect—close to key attractions yet peaceful. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive especially the hotel manager making us feel truly welcome. Breakfast was good supporting Asian cuisine which we really wanted, with a diverse menu catering to all tastes. Safety standards were top-notch, and the property was impeccably maintained. Most importantly, it was incredibly guest-friendly, ensuring a hassle-free, memorable stay. Highly recommended!

Nothing at all

The property is located at the perfect place and close to Rustavali metro station. It is a peaceful area and the front office girl was very helpful and amazing. I also want to mention other staff from the front office, they never say no to anything and try to help you. The girl at breakfast time was amazing to serve and helped a lot during my stay. Even when I get my personal food warm in the oven which I bought from an Indian restaurant.

There is nothing as such. Just a few suggestions: - Add music in the restaurant - use fragrance to enhance experience - add more vegetarian food and ask guests if they are pure vegetarian

The breakfast very good and with a wonderful view. Like how roof folds back and you eat under the blue sky and many fast flying barn swallows. Staff are in tentative and helpful. Enjoyed the hotel that I stayed another 2 days.

Sorry, but one does need strong legs to get to the hotel from the main city streets and sites. If you intend take taxies then not a problem. There are buses that seem infrequent and bottom hill the metro. However, even with need for strong legs in walking you are in an old residential area of the city...see people in everyday life. The old buildings will keep your camera busy.

The decoration of the common areas is very nice and comfortable. Was nice to have a space to work remotely. The view from the restaurant is amazing, nice view of Tbilisi and beautiful view of the sunrise. Reception staff was friendly and welcoming, always very helpful. Location is great, walking distance to city center and close to metro station.

I didn't have a great experience with breakfast. The first day I needed to have breakfast at 8:00 because I need to be in town early. The restaurant wasn't open until 8:10 and not everything was ready starting with coffee which I think is the basic. Next day I went later around 10am (breakfast is supposed to be from 8:00-1:00) and the food was very cold. Cleaning service wasn't great, I used one of the cups to make instant coffee, and even the cleaning staff did my room they didn't take the dirty cup in like 3 days.

The hotel was nice in general. It had a very nice terrace. They had combined two single beds for a double bed, so I can't say it was overly comfortable, you shouldn't have come across the middle part. staff was very friendly. we thank you.

We checked in to the hotel very late, we were hungry because we came from the road, but we learned that there is no food service, we did not have much choice outside.

Good place in the heart of the city. The rooms are spacious and quiet. Air conditioning working properly. The breakfast is ok and have all necessary things like scramble, eggs, etc. There is a good restaurant and coffee place nearby. It is a good starting point for exploring the city or for taking a hike to the TV tower.

Personnel is barely polite. On the checkout personnel told us to wait while they check the rooms. Never have I seen this in any good hotel in dozens of countries where I've been.

It was very tasty breakfasts in the restaurant with a view, a quiet hotel with an interesting interior in the lobby, good cleaning every day, good quality of bed linen and towels.

Definitely, room #25 needs to repaint the walls in a different color, also there is not enough daylight, as well as smoking on the terrace not nice idea. This lowers the rating of the hotel, as there may be guests next who do not smoke.

The room was fantastic. Small, but cozy, very clean, enough shelves for the garments. What was very important, unlike some of the other places where we stayed, this hotel has a central air conditioning and heating. We were there during the cold month in the end of November, and the room temperature was hot! The location is close to the central city street, in a quiet area. Breakfast is superb and the food is delicious, and there is an excellent view from the restaurant, which helped to fuel our morning with positive vibe. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel, it is by far the best where we stayed so far and we will likely return to it next time.

Nice well-furnished room, cozy wooden style, welcoming and professional staff, amazing breakfast with a view, great value for money. Location is top tier. Thanks to the hotel staff for a smooth and pleasant experience.

Lack of soundproofing between rooms, though you don’t really hear outside noises. Beds and pillows could be more comfortable, but for this price it’s not a problem.
