I pretty much liked the staff for their chariness and kindness, the interior design of the whole hotel, the location (it was a quiet and cute place, not so far from the cultural&tourist centre of Tbilisi), the view from the rooftop (brilliant). It a nice hotel for the active tourism.

I was living in the 1-person-room upstairs on the 2nd floor. So, first of all - in order to get to my room I have been climbing up the stairs. The worst thing about this is to lift and lower a heavy suitcase back and forth. I was able to do it, because I’m young, and what if I wasn’t? In addition, the ventilation cover in my room wasn’t so clean - it was full of dust.

The staff was very very helpful. The breakfast was very good.I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I liked the woman that was making food for us. She was very friendly and pleasant. She is making omelette for you, also there are boiled eggs, toasted bread, jam, butter, some fruits and yogurt with granola. But the breakfast for me is 7.5/10. Also we liked the terrace very much, where you can stay how much you like. There is very beautiful view.

The woman who was cleaning our room, decided that one toilet paper is enough for us for 4 days. When we hanged the label of cleaning she just turned it to not disturb and doesn’t even enter our room. I think that it’s not normal. Also the location, it’s near the Rustaveli metro but there is very steep descent that is very hard to overcome by foot.

The staff were welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The roof terrace is the hotel's best feature, open to guest to use any time, with incredible views over Tbilisi. This was a nice space to relax in in the evenings as the hotel rooms are quite small. Hotel wifi worked well in all areas. My room was cleaned and serviced each day. Shampoo and shower gel were provided.

To get to the hotel from the metro, you have to walk up a steep hill for several blocks. The sidewalks were treacherous to walk on, particularly at night. My single room had everything I needed but it was small - really only a space to sleep. Bed was ok but mattress felt like it was near the end of its life.

First and foremost our room was on the ground floor and we didn't hear any noises. I am a light sleeper so that was amazing. Breakfast was basic but the service was superb and to top it all the restaurant where they serve the breakfast has a breathtaking view of tbilisi. Hotel location is mtatsminda area so expect to be an uphill walk to the hotel, taxi is a must to save your leg, on the other hand going to the center is a bit easy because you go down hill. A 15 min walk to Rustaveli Ave or 5 Lari ride using Bolt (taxi app), not to mention the Rustaveli Metro station is close by. Staff and service as I've said was superb. ❤️😊

Wifi connection was not the very best. I rarely use it. I don't know if that is because of our room location or there is a problem about the signal. I am not sure about that.

The location is great. But you have to go up the hill to reach the hotel. The staff was very helpful. A beautiful view from the terrace, clean and cozy room, tasty breakfast. The woman who served the breakfast was very kind, she said interesting stories, even came a little bit earlier as we had to go out at 9. I definitely will go back there. Highly recommend this hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel has a nice design and a good location! Our room was well-equipped and cozy. The beds were comfortable and wi-fi was working perfectly everywhere. But what is really important is that the stuff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us with our late check-out situation, gave us useful tips about the city and even made us some breakfast options according to our tastes! Moreover...the terrace on the top floor is amazing! One of the best views over the city!

No minuses, we were really lucky to find this place during our stay in the city.

Hotel Beli is an Amazing place to reside in for a quick get away in Tbilisi , the hotel is right in the center of OLD & new Tbilisi both it has got amazing breath taking view from the Top floor of the whole city . Pacho he has been an amazing friend there a great personality to guide in of places to explore around . SABA & NINI was very kind to . Shall see you guys soon again Inshah-Allah.

Your guys were the best

First of all, the facility was very good and clean. They cleaned the rooms every day and helped with every question. In my opinion, the only downside of the facility is that it is on a hill. If you are an elderly person, it may not be suitable.

There is no aspect I do not like, just be aware of the fact that it is a bit steep.

The staff was very nice. Loved the roof terrace, very beautiful also can get coffee, tea there free of charge. Breakfast was also nice, had some eggs, sausage, cereal etc.

The bed was not comfy at least in single occupancy room, you can feel the spirals in the mattress. Also the walls are very thin so if anybody talking outside, you can hear everything
