Breakfast, hotel design, staff was good, Location was excellent, close to Cafe Stamba. Galleria and Casino Iveria in walking distance.

There was no Kettle, cups and teabags in the room, it was provided only after call, no shower cap, Room was too small, i think it used to be for single occupancy, bathroom was small as well. I've noticed that when reservation from booking.com most hotels give single or small rooms instead of normal standard rooms. It happens not for the first time. As if hotels transform single rooms for 2 adult occupancy especially booking customers.

The hotel's location is absolutely perfect. The lobby is very impressive and sets the tone for a great stay. Our room had a beautifully nostalgic design, with charming details like the wardrobe and wallpaper that added a unique character. The bathroom was modern and stylish, equipped with everything we needed—including a hairdryer. Just a heads-up for future guests: there’s no iron in the room. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Mr. Shota at the reception for his kindness and assistance during our arrival. They had even prepared a surprise for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful gesture! Unfortunately, we didn’t get to experience it because we spent the evening outside the hotel, so we missed it—but the effort was truly appreciated. Overall, our trip to Tbilisi was wonderful, and this hotel played a big part in making it a memorable experience.

Rooms with a street view are more budget-friendly—and you realize why once you stay in one :) They're a bit noisy, but not to the extent that it ruins your entire stay. Occasionally, there’s an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, but considering the age of the city and its infrastructure, I think that's fairly normal.

Designer worked well, bathtub in the room, light switches etc, all was very interesting and nice. Good choice of drinks in minibar. Robes, towels, and every little detail were included. Large and comfy bed, big TV. Very clean

Noisy from the street, my friends were staying on the opposite side and there was noisy from the bar in the backyards. Staff is not perfect, had a huge problem parking our cars, security tells the reception that there are no free parking spaces, but there are, they just want to let others in (hotel guests park for free, other pay for parking), so my advise, don't listen to them, just drive in. Reception couldn't find my friends' booking, but they have solved the problem. The chandelier was hang too low, and it's made of solid metal, so I hit my head badly. My height is 6' (182cm).

Rooms is Rooms. An amazing hotel with beautiful super stylish interiors and superb attention to detail. A few nice social areas both inside (the kitchen) and outside (the garden). Exceptional breakfast (sadly we did not have dinner at the hotel, but it looks tempting). Nice local options for both food and drinks. Really cozy terraces on the top floor. Great location. Helps creat even more memories every visit to Georgia.

Just a feedback to staff. The garden bar is open until 2am. We were refused to be served at 1:31am. While there were plenty of people still at the garden bar (it was a busy Friday night). It sounds like 29 minutes should be enough for a glass of wine (and we noted to the staff we did not need any cocktail or anything that needs extra time).

The hotel is renowned for its unique and rare design (which is the main reason of my high valuation), which truly stands out. Its location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Tbilisi. The bars and restaurants within the hotel are of very high quality and attract a great crowd. On top of that, the quality-price ratio is excellent.

The staff fell short in terms of empathy and communication. It was not clearly explained that a credit card was required in advance to access the minibar, which I found quite cheap and unusual. I've never encountered such a policy before. Just ask for the credit card as a standard procedure and avoid this kind of unnecessary hassle. This led to an inconvenient situation when we needed the minibar very late on our last night, only to find it locked.

I stayed at this hotel and was really impressed by the stylish design of both the hotel itself and my room. The breakfast was excellent — delicious and varied, which made for a great start to the day.

There were a few downsides. The room I stayed in had poor sound-proofing: I could hear noises from the hallway as if the door was open, and conversations from the neighboring room through the wall. Additionally, the hotel bar / lounge attracts a lot of guests on Friday and Saturday nights. The lively atmosphere contributes a little to the noisiness. Despite this, it’s a very pleasant hotel with a lot to offer, though it might not be the best choice for those prioritizing peace and tranquility during their stay.

The ambiance was great. Connection to the neighbor hotel Stamba (obviously same owner) was also super convenient. The bed was comfy. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Decoration is pretty cool. I think it's a good value for your money.

Despite my prior request for a quite room (since we were there as a family with a young child), we were placed in a room looking at the side street, which gets quite noisy. One of the taps in our room wasn't working. It was giving only very hot water.

Very friendly staff, nice rooms with a small kettle and tea/coffee sachets (no milk). Friends asked for an ironing board and iron and these were quickly brought up. Breakfast was good, the coffee made by one of the servers was very good (latte and cappuccino). As a vegetarian there was a good range of choices.

At night it was a little bit noisy downstairs as there is a bar and restaurant but it could not be heard in the rooms. The fridge was locked, I take milk in my tea so I had to leave my carton of milk on the window ledge.

Must-stay here; we came in around christmas time. Location is perfect; bang opposite the famous Lolita, 2 mins from Stamba and there are many coffee, bfast spots within walking distance. It's not at all run-down. Night vibe is amazing; seemed like the locals favourite. the bar is open till really late 1-2 AM. Food is amazing, rooms are charming. Bathrooms are spacious, great amenities. Staff is helpful,no fuss. No hidden charges. Spar is right opposite. Value for money. Highly recommend to stay here.

Stylish hotel with nice amenities and the lounge bar inside

The property staff’s behaviour was unprofessional and discriminatory. Despite presenting my British passport, their attitude noticeably changed when they overheard me speaking Russian. When I attempted to communicate in Russian, they treated me with visible disdain, which was both uncomfortable and disrespectful. This experience left a very negative impression.
