This is a great place to stay in Tbilisi! Lika and all the staff were very friendly and supportive. The location is excellent you can easily walk to many parts of the city. It's also just a 5 minute walk from the Big Bicycle Monument, where many day tours have their pick-up point. The breakfast was also very nice.

Breakfast starts at 8:30 a.m., which made it difficult to have it on days when tours began earlier. Starting at 7:00 or 7:30 a.m. would be more convenient for guests with early departures.

We arrived early, and the front desk staff kindly allowed us to check in ahead of time, which was greatly appreciated. Throughout our stay, every team member at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and provided useful local guidance. The hotel’s location is a major plus – just a few hundred metres from Rustaveli metro station, with plenty of options nearby for enjoying traditional Georgian cuisine. For lighter bites, a McDonald’s is also conveniently located near the metro. The beds were comfortable, and the air-conditioning worked perfectly, which made our stay relaxing.

The room was a bit compact, though it was still comfortable enough for two friends sharing. The only real issue we faced was a persistent foul smell from the toilet. While the front desk staff promptly tried to address it with cleaning and fresheners, the issue seemed to stem more from a general sewage system problem than the hotel itself.

The room is spacious, even though it looks small at first because of the large bed. The bed is super soft and very comfortable for two people. The shower works great and feels amazing. Bathroom was clean, and the soap, shower gel, and toothbrushes all smelled and felt great. Housekeeping was quick, clean, and we had no issues. The location is excellent with supermarkets, coffee shops, and major landmarks all within 5 to 20 minutes walking distance. Public transport is also very easy to access but Bolt works great and cheaper compared to taxis.

The bathroom has air conditioning, which is good, but a bad smell comes from it. Some room features like the iron are not available by default and need to be requested. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear people in the hallway. These are small issues, nothing major.

Extra friendly staff, of the best staff we have encountered in Georgia. Hats off to them. The rooms were nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very delicious with a nice variety.

There are only two parking spaces designated for everyone staying at the hotel. Staff confirmed that there would be space for us to park the car if we decided to rent one, but upon renting a car, we couldn't find a place to park the car. We ended up parking it a couple of buildings away and paying for parking, while free parking was one of the main reasons why we picked this hotel.

Rooms are spotless clean at all the times, breakfast is excellent, coffee and tea is free during the breakfast. Metro station just two minutes away. Friendly staff. Excellent wifi service.

Breakfast starts at 8:30am, which is late if you have to leave the hotel early hours in the morning for your booked tours , most tours starts at 8am and some tours you have to packed breakfast because they starts at 7am.

Great location not far from the historical part of the city and all the main avenues with some restaurants and cafes. There's a subway station nearby. Good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are comfy and clean.

The hotel is on a busy main street, so if you are staying in a room with windows out on the main street side it might be noisy. This didn't interfere with my sleep though, and I'm not a heavy sleeper. The lighting in the rooms is dim.

The staff at the hotel welcomed me when I arrived from the airport early in the morning. The reception/dining area is small but clean but the rooms are exceptional and very comfortable. The breakfast was ample and had a good variety of hot and cold dishes. The staff even prepared me a takeaway breakfast when I left early to take a flight to Mestia.

The location was difficult to get to by public transport. I mostly took taxis but also walked a lot when traffic was busy. It wasn’t really a fault of the hotel, though. Taxi is the only way to get to the airport which, at an early hour of the morning, can be quite expensive.

Clean room, close to train station

Had a little accident during morning checkout, staff held me 15-20 mins to confirm with their manager if room was paid. Understand perfectly he was just trying to do his job; but we almost missed our train because of that. Due to language barrier/culture differences, staff keep reply he does not care if i missed my train ( it’s true but he should not have said it this way, lol). Communication within hotel team should be more effective.

The staff was amazing (Mariana,Tika, and all the team),they speak English properly which help us in the communication part The twin room was nice, the beds were comfortable and the toilet has a Bidet shower which is important also we like the big window especially when it is raining, The location is near to museum, opera theater, metro and also the city tour station (Rose Station) the staff always put slippers, water, shampoo, toothbrush Also, the hotel's main restaurant has an outside setting when I can't sleep I go there to drink a cup of tea and enjoy the street view كتير حبيت الفندق
